Hi all,
I have got myself into a whole heap of trouble with the powers that be, which is why everything that is me has disappeared from this site.

I'm so sorry that I have let you all down and i feel that this is the end of me.

I am not here telling you the tale for pity, merely to apologise as i cannot help you all in what you face, right now.

No need to apologize mate, you've let no one down. Hope you're on the mend or have access to the resources you need to start that process, but please stay in touch and let us know how you're getting on. Sure all here would love to help you in any way they can, even if that's just listening. Don't know if you have the option but getting away to sunshine can do you the world of good.

I get the impression mate, that you're the kind of guy that likes to take the weight of the world on your shoulders. It's a noble endeavor and speaks well as to your character, but there are times when it legit gets too heavy and okay to recognize that and give yourself permission to put it down for a bit and just look after yourself.

The world needs a healthy you, focus on that and let others do the heavy lifting for a while. Have you tried Chi Gong mate? It's meditation but not sexy like yoga, looks silly actually, but I find it effective, for me anyway. Also, get yourself a good probiotic and as always, don't let the bastards run you down. You've survived worse.
