It is difficult to know for sure but could this device be counteracting on/against nefarious energies used to create/control/enlarge severe weather patterns/storms? I would be incredibly interested to know, understand and to be shown how this device actually works. It seems as though it is a copper rod (electroculture) on steroids which, by my understanding, works in a similar yet vastly smaller way.

I know a little about it but I thought I would ask, you the reader of my blurb, if you have any insight or information from your own research into this mountain?
It is an intriguing topic, but probably not really that relevant to what is happening in the Realm at this time.
