{Ed032's Note - Very interesting video, Ed033. It is difficult to know for sure but could this device be counteracting on/against nefarious energies used to create/control/enlarge severe weather patterns/storms? I would be incredibly interested to know, understand and to be shown how this device actually works. It seems as though it is a copper rod (electroculture) on steroids which, by my understanding, works in a similar yet vastly smaller way.

i don't know about this device other that what's in the video. I think the guy narrating the video is Dr. Richard Presser who also promotes Magic Dichol/Nano Soma.

{Ed032's Note - I will spend some time looking into Dr. R presser. Thank, Ed033. It really is an intriguing subject. The mention of diverting storms around a said location is mind blowing tbh. I have fence panels blown out all the time and if there is a tech that can stop that (and on a morbid scale, save lives) why is this not mainstream? Are lives protected not in the narrative? Or is it, let's have a war!

This is very strange, Ed033. I briefly looked into Dr. R Presser and Nano Soma. Did you know where the water has to be sourced from, to make this product?
