We have been transitioning from 3D to upper 4D slowly soon to 5D. Next year we will see the med beds being introduced into Hospitals after that individual units can be installed into our homes.

The article is highly speculative and doesn't explain how these machines really work and you would probably learn more from watching the films 'Alien: Covenant' and 'Passengers' to name but two.
