Just read a thread on the Glasgow bin lorry deaths and the replies from ED007. Living in Glasgow like 007 I know the area like the back of my hand and I have to say some things don't add up.

Firstly, the first collision occurred at the modern art gallery. The vehicle then, out of control we assume as things have been strangely quiet regarding the driver, travelled to Queen St stations main entrance. This is a distance of around 200yards, but it is an almost perfect straight line. A vehicle out of control travelling in a perfect straight line? These lorries are very heavy and would have been, at that time of day pretty full. There is no way the steering would have locked on a straight line. It would need to have been controlled.

Secondly, If the vehicle was indeed being controlled why did it not stop, pretty obvious question. Let's assume some kind of engine failure occurred. The engine locks on and the lorry carries on at it's starting speed, which would have been around 20-30 mph. After around 50-60 yards the gearing would have to be moved up or the engine would stall bringing the vehicle to a shuddering halt. And let's not forget the handbrake, which is always called a 'dead man' as it immediately stops the vehicle instantly being an air brake.
If someone was capable of steering the vehicle they were capable of using this as it would have been situated at the side of them.

Bear in mind that if this lorry had moved 5-20 yards to the left it would have ploughed into George Square which had at the time huge ferris wheel and ice skating rink at that side.
This would have had a horrific death toll. It troubled me the path the lorry took. It just does not add up and until facts are released I think we are right to be suspicious.

{Ed001's Note - I am not sure how traveling straight is an issue? If you let go of the steering wheel of any vehicle, unless there are issues with the tracking, it reverts to centre and runs fairly straight, allowing for bumps in the road knocking it out of true etc. Without input via the steering wheel, you would expect it to run straight, unless obstacles deflect the course or someone applies throttle, in which case you may get torque steer, or the tracking is out.}

ED001; Your equating the steering to that of a car, lorries are much lighter due to the weight and a 16 tonner would never run true. This would be more so given that the vehicle would have had a fair amount of weight at that time of day. Another thing that crossed my mind was the lack of reporting of bumped cars etc. This is a very busy part of the city. There may have been some reporting of this but I don't recall it. Cheers
{Ed001's Note - lorries are lighter? You mean their steering is lighter? Being heavier doesn't mean it veers all over the place, it makes it run truer if anything, as it takes a bigger jolt to throw it out of line. The steering on a lorry tends to be fairly heavy, even with modern power assistance, and you have to make much bigger adjustments via the wheel to make it turn, so your point is nonsense. I don't know what happened there, but you are clutching at straws that aren't even there right now.}

ED001; obviously I meant the steering is lighter. On modern lorries the steering is as light as a car. As for your weight point, what I was meaning was if a load veered left or right this would cause a considerable change to the handling of the vehicle. There is no way a 16 tonne lorry would travel in a straight line uncontrolled. Your point re the tracking is valid as these vehicles bump over pavements constantly, and through the service lanes in Glasgow, which surface wise are shocking.
{Ed001's Note - a 16 tonne lorry would travel in a straight line without driver input, I have sat in many and seen the drivers do exactly that while pouring themselves a drink out of a flask or eating a butty etc. Was the bin lorry articulated? If not, how would the load veer left or right on its own? I really don't see your point again. Was it stacked up high like a hay wagon? I doubt it, they don't usually do that with bin lorries. Sometimes people are just looking for things that aren't there.}

You should look up on some facts before even hinting at this to be a 'false flag' attack. I would love to know what the 'elite' would gain from such an attack like this? It was a horrible accident that claimed 6 lives, and the fact people are going on about it not being a higher death toll is sickening, thankfully people would have heard the racket of a bin lorry outta control and managed to get out the way. Your point on its speed, u do realise a bin lorry is automatic, so all it would need is a dead weight on the accelerator pedal to gain speed. Seems to me some people are just trying to be controversial on this site at times, that or the fact they need to follow what there favourite ED writes, funnily enough, just like the sheep u call people who question your questions.
{Ed001's Note - I don't think that's fair. I think people just question everything but sometimes don't know which of the thousands of answers out there is correct.}

Its actually pretty hard to turn the wheel of a truck of that size, well maybe not hard but its certainly not as easy to turn as a car with power steering.

Can I point out that lorries are better maintained than cars & vans, and steering will stay straight & true.
Also these vehicles are automatic so do not require using a clutch so would not stall as easy.
This is the reason so many conspiracy theories are ridiculed, accidents do happen, I also come from glasgow and know the area very well, and to me there is no conspiracy, just a terrible accident.

Keep an eye out for Nasa's MMS mission, which will be launched in March 2015. Judging by the results of the STS-75 (Tether) mission something interesting could happen.

Any ideas on this?

Plenty has been suggested, but it's all speculation.

It could be military communications, research data transmission, behavioral modification through resonant frequency interference, a joke by some agency on overzealous conspiracy theorists etc.

while I was recovering from multiple hangovers last night I watched a very interesting interview that richie allen done, he had on a guy called gordon duff, if you watch the short 30 min interview on how high up he is to get this info out well I found the guy interesting, they are talking about the claims that micheal shrimpton has made (shrimpton is a top barrister, who wrote a book called the spycatcher and also wrote that ex prime minister ted heath was a pedo and the children were killed after he raped them)

a few weeks ago shrimpton was arrested for communicating false information after a two week trial, the info he gave to his pal a tory front bencher Phillip Hammond was during the London Olympics there was a planned event, to either blow up the new stadium using a some type of bomb, he reported to Hammond that there was a mini submarine in the Thames around the time of the Olympics and the only countries who use mini subs are the Russians or israel anyway listen to the interview by duff who confirms that there are files in the cia that confirm what shrimpton is saying happened not all but the core of it is true, after you have watched that look in youtube for the ritchie allen micheal shrimpton interview, shrimpton is a odd ball no doubt but there is something to the madness.

Hi Franky and Eds
I'm a long time reader but very rare poster; I hope in the new year to post a little more as this site has some fascinating links.
I have read up a little on Shrimpton. He seems to very much split opinion (not surprising really) of being either a true whistle-blower or the master of disinformation. The main reason he seems to split opinion is his constant we (with we being MI5 and M16, the monarchy and the good people of Britain) are the good guys and laying responsibility at the feet of the German Secret Police called the DVD. He blames the DVD for the pan am flight, 9-11, the death of Robin Cook because he was about to blow the lid on the death of Diana (who the DVD killed) and the disappearance of Maddy Mcgann who's kidnapping was ordered by a senior Portuguese paedophile ring leader. Basically the DVD are responsible for everything and many high ranking politicians and media are controlled by or too scared of the DVD.
If nothing else what Shrimpton is saying is highly thought provoking, but he only talks of dead people and many people do believe him to be trying to actually hide the real truth and protect the establishment figures at the top of the tree.

If you look at any Shrimpton info, he blames almost everything on Germans as he is most likely a zionist agent.

Shrimpton would have been jailed or bumped off if he ever accused the monarchy/mi5/mi6.

Now they have found parts of the wreckage, it shows it probably isn't conspiracy related. It does, however, cast many doubts on the missing plane from earlier in 2014. If the Malaysian plane had succumbed to a similar accident, then pieces of debris, bodies etc would have been discovered within a certain time frame

Not sure if you got my post a couple of days ago regarding the Thomas Goodrich interview regarding Hellstorm on You Tube. Anyway whilst you expect the losers in war to have the greatest casualties in both human and material assets what Hellstorm spells out is quite frankly horrific.
To be honest I'm not quite sure why I'm shocked. When you break down the make up of the Allies you see nations who's wealth has been built on the mass murders, slavery, rape and pillage of the Americas, Australia, Asia and Africa. , why would it differ in their treatment of Germans Japanese etc.
As they say the victors write the history.
A side note today 29 th is a time when native Americans remember the massacre of wounded knee, where 300 men woman and children were slaughtered by the 7th us calavary in what is described as a battle in American folklore. 25 soldiers were killed, to which there is a monument.

Germany had to suffer large scale losses during ww2, they were on the loosing side after all, but the wholesale slaughter seems to have been brushed under the carpet.
Listening to the interview on spingola, ref Hellstorm kind of brings to reality the sheer scale and motivation of those that ordered it to light.

Why are we surprised thou when you see the make up of the Allies. Each of there Empires gained by pillage, slavery, rape and murder of peace loving natives of The Americas, Africa's Asia's and Australia's

What hunt and goodrich are highlighting in Germany I have no reason to doubt but when it comes to the part where they highlight native Indians they seem to be resorting to the tactics of the victors of ww2. When it suits journalism?.

What does everyone think about the hitler video posted on here a bit back? I have watched it all and found it fascinating, I plan to watch it again as there was that much information in it. I personally believe the holocaust gassings was a lie, and at the moment i'm researching this for both sides of the argument. Can anyone forward me to some links I can read up about or maybe more documentaries on this and hitler himself?
Also what do you guys think of Fred Leuchter, as I have read that people have tried to discredit this guy after his findings.

I think we were all shocked after watching that documentary, j if I was you I would try to get more info off the guy who made the documentary, he is on twitter and have contacted him a few times.

The Abominable Phenomenon
Leuchter, along with all the other holocaust deniers (Cole, Irving etc) was a complete fraud. He used completely unscientific methods to proclaim a truth, which was completely discredited. There are numerous resources debunking every single holocaust denial myth. Holocaust denial is used as a justification and hope for the resurgence of national socialism and further persecution of Jews.
It's a pretty interesting subject; but ultimately a complete waste of time if you're looking for some hidden truth about the holocaust.

Guys, I am as big into my conspiracies as anyone. Glasgow George Square is not one!! Let's all please take a moment, pause and look. this is just a tragic accident. No agenda, nothing else. Horrible. NoOnes fault. just sad.

frankyscouser
For the record up to now it seems like a terrible accident but I agree with edd007 we should question everything that has been told to us, one thing that baffles me thou is that the identity of the driver and his two passengers will be kept a secret, I have never heard of anything like that before in my life.

on a side note the conduct of the sky reporter who tried to get the gory details out of a women who was clearly in shock was disgusting but it is sky, I am quite surprised the reporter never looked in the deceased xmas shopping bags like they did when that plane went down in the Ukraine.
