So who does everyone think won the Morgan VS Jones debate, if you can even call it that, I thought even though i don't like Morgan he's right that less guns is the answer as opposed to more, for me jones just embarrassed himself in front of millions and I think Morgan destroyed him by asking who caused 9/11 because that will have angered millions of Americans
LP

I think Jones knew exactly what he was doing and i think he is a very intelligent man, to mention the subjects on a prime-time show in the USA like he did that would never get mentioned has got Alex Jones the world wide platform to get these conspiracy out in the mainstream media, tbh i was quite shocked cnn allowed Jones on the show, maybe they thought Morgan would talk down hes opponent in the usual slimy patronizing way but to me it backfired, as for the 9/11 feelings of the american public in new York 70 per cent think there is some sort of cover up and across america its 50/50, well to me Alex Jones wins hands down.

They both work for the system, don't trust anything in the media. Jones is playing the role of paranoid conspiracy nut. If he was actually dishing dirt, it wouldn't have gone to air. He's right about one thing though, the truth is there in plain sight, it's just a matter of time and effort to find it.
Agree · 10 · Disagree · 0
If Jones would have been calm and collected Morgan would have talked over him with hes barbed sly comments plus no matter what Jones would have been accused of a paranoid nut job anyway, i am suspecting Jones knew that and let everyone around the world know who Alex Jones is.

I really don't like Morgan but if I was looking at it from a neutral point of view I'd have to say Morgan won because to me jones just made himself look stupid

I'm not having all this if he talked calm then piers would have talked over him. Did you see jesse ventura on it? Proof you don't have to scream and shout like Jones did to get your point across to piers...

A member of the Russian State Duma Yevgeny Fyodorov shared his vision of the current situation in the world with Pravda.Ru. He believes that the United States is preparing the grounds for starting World War III. Their plan is to combine all local conflicts together. The United States, when speaking about the fight against terrorism, in fact relies on extremism and terrorism.
Currently, the world is slipping into a complete destabilization that will inevitably end in a World War. This is precisely why many powers now are testing the ground. This is similar to the situation when the Soviet Union, fighting in Afghanistan, dealt not with the Mujahideen but with the Americans, Bin Laden and the American Stinger missiles.

This was an element of the global opposition and, in fact, a World War between the Soviet Union and the United States of America. The Soviet Union lost the war, was eliminated and enslaved.

The next part of the script is launching a global fire, unleashing a world war, uniting local conflicts into a single system of instability. For this we need to dramatically increase funding for terrorism.

We now see that the United States has dramatically increased the funding of terrorism around the world. The Americans will now act indiscriminately, that is, without consideration of whether they are giving to allies or not allies, friends or not friends.

Take, for example, the situation in Greece. Is Greece an enemy of America? But the Americans lowered its ratings and launched a European crisis.

Is Egypt an enemy of America? No. But the funding was provided, the "Orange Revolution" was organized, and now there are talks about a death sentence for the president of Egypt, who, in principle, was amicable towards the Americans. He was replaced by a more extremist oriented President, and not by accident.
That is, to implement the American idea, they will need a full rise of extremism in the world. The United States will continue with this plan. The growth and rise of extremism is part of the course towards World War III that the Americans need.

I agree with most things you say mate but its not the USA its the faceless elite who want this and i am guessing they are not all american.

some of them are probably russian. Lets face it their not innocents, look at poland, germany, hungary, czechoslovakia, afghanistan. Then look at how they fought terrorism in checnya. Then look at recent dealings with ukraine and georgia. Almost as bad as the yanks and most of it in the name of an inhuman political system. Had to laugh at your remark about the soviets losing and becoming enslaved. Its anything but. I give it ten years and the red flags will be flying again over the kremlin.

Hi guys would like to add my tuppence on how things look on the planet.

Consider this (Call it a conspiracy theory if you like, but consider it anyway). What if, the global financial crisis was deliberately engineered by the banks and multinational corporations? The motive; to manoeuvre the masses into a belief that we all need to come to terms with austerity and accept an era of hardship, because after all, we are all responsible for creating the problem. Right? Imagine if the reality was that these very people who deliberately caused the problem, actually knew that because human population had reached a significant, saturation figure (let's say approaching 7 billion), and more importantly, that our accelerated technological advancement of the last 30 years has brought us to the stage where these global corporations recognise that they are getting very close to their goal of the complete distinction of small business and the demand for man power is reaching a critical low.

Consider what these people might control. Energy, fuel, precious metals and minerals, food supply and most importantly water (without drinking water we would be dying or killing each other in under a week!). Imagine the power they hold over government, any government!

My point is that we are calling our governments incompetent, when in fact I believe that governments make very few mistakes if any at all. Instead, every strategy is carefully considered and our reactions calculated. These mechanisms of control are the precursor to a new age of slavery of the disposable masses.

At the end of the day its all about control by the elite, self sufficient countries who were not in debt were encouraged to borrow and when this manufactured rescission occurred the countries will be paying for it for generations .

My take on china/Russia/Iran is they have there own agenda a group of nations if you will but prob still have the same intent as the western alliance, there are no good guys in my mind they all want the same thing but like most board members they don't agree with each other, if that makes sense?

Sorry for the new thread ed and posters, but having major difficulty trying to post using the reply tab (using iPhone so apologies again)

To the poster mentioning communism:
I think (please correct me if I'm wrong) that the poster who mentioned banning religious teachings in school may have simply been looking at it from this perspective!
That to take quality time out from a proper learning curriculum ie. maths, science, modern studies etc ... To be told about religious belief/story's is a waste of time for both the child and teacher. Our children could be using that time on a proper subject, learning about true things in life and not fabricated nonsense. And I'd like to think that the teachers would be happy to see the back of it as well, as its time that could be put to proper use. Children are very open minded and they should be, but to fill their innocent heads with religious garbage is simply not fair. That's one of the things I really don't like about religion, they don't like questions being asked, because they like to believe that "god" done it all.
So while maybe the posters words may have unsettled you, it is his right to express himself however he wishes. And in a world free of religion, the more people will be able to do so.
Can I ask you (communism poster) which god you worship/follow, and your thoughts on gay marriage? as I'd like to know your view as you seem to be of a religious persuasion!

Peace

Jay
Glasgow

Ps! Sorry again for the new thread guys!

I'm not the anonymous poster but I always found re interesting in school because it isn't about just sitting down and reading the bible, it's actually more about philosophy than religion as we talked more about whether god existed than religion, some people in my class were atheist and some were Christian but it didn't really matter
LP
Agree · 1 · Disagree · 0
Hi LP, I also find many parts of religious texts interesting, but nothing more than that. There is nothing wrong with people believing whatever they like, but even most religious people don't really believe their own religion. Ie. I know of no man/woman who actually believes Jesus was crucified and all that carry on, or that another god flew up to the heavens on a winged horse, it really is nonsense and can't be believed at all by a thinking person!
It's all harmless until they teach it to kids as fact!

Peace

Jay

Yeah I agree i don't believe Jesus was crucified, I'm not religious on paper or in real life but I'm no atheist. One of the best quotes I heard about Jesus getting crucified was someone who said if Jesus had been sentenced to death 40 years ago, people would wear electric chairs or nooses around their neck
LP
Agree · 0 · Disagree · 0
In the my opinion the events of 2000 years ago that are written in the bible may be being misinterpreted
Agree · 0 · Disagree · 0
Love that quote, can't remember who it was either. Lol
You make atheism sound like a bad thing there lp, any reason for that? I seen you said you are in no way religious also, don't worry, you don't need to tag yourself with the word atheist if you don't like, but if you are neither my good man, how would you describe yourself if you had to?

Peace

CNN's Piers Morgan interviewing Alex Jones tonight, Morgan has put a you tube clip of Jones getting irate and beating hes chest to his followers to make Jones look stupid, Jesus i hope Jones shuts him up tonight, anyway before Jones flew for the interview he got arrested for not taking his shoes off and got harassed at the airport by the security who knew him by name, eventually they dropped charges obviously they did not want to draw attention with Alex Jones claims, hope to see it tonight or tomorrow.

hey edd and fellow posters i mentioned about Daniel Morgan who was murdered 25 years ago, i have done a bit of reading and was shocked (i shouldnt be)about the amount of coverups between the police and the nofw on the Hillsborough scale in fact i would say its worse because the was a contract put on Daniels life by active police, i urge everyone to look on youtube for

The Daniel Morgan Murder and News International

Continuing from topic further down!

Religion/creationism

If you'd taken the time to read my post, you'll see I'm in no way a bigot good sir. I also never singled out any one religion (as they are all the same to me as there has been at least 4000 gods since records began, Apollo, Thor, Enke, etc...)
I was/am a Roman Catholic, but I chose not to follow it anymore, and luckily as it was Christianity I walked away from, there were no repercussions for doing so, unlike some other religions were the penalty for doing so can be death!
Also, I don't want to exclude my kids from the others, like I said, I really don't mind them learning about any religion/culture, as I do think there are some good story's with moral fibre in them. And just because people believe god or it makes them feel better, does not make it true!
As I was quite insulted as you called me a bigot, I'd like to ask you, who is your god? Muhammad, Enlil, Zeus, kalkugan, Jesus, Odin?

Peace

Jay
Glasgow

Ps! I'm sure that anyone from this site has read past posts of mine, they would agree I'm certainly not a bigot. I see every human being as an equal, with the right to believe whatever they like. All I'm saying is, when kids are taught religion, it should be made clear that it is only faith based and not factual in the slightest!

I agree mate, religion shouldn't be taught in schools.

also if it isn't already it should be an optional subject.

In your opinion, which political system is the most corrupt? The UK or US? Explain...

Jag_reddog {Ed001's Note - I don't think you can make a distinction between which is more corrupt. They are both highly corrupt, it just manifests itself in different ways in each country. There is no political system in the world, to have ever existed, that humankind hasn't corrupted due to personal greed.}

They're all corrupt, capitalism runs on backhanders. But then look at the Soviet Union and how that collapsed, the black market kept the country running for about a decade after it should have collapsed. Again it ran on backhanders. Any political system whether its capitalist, communist, socialist or theocratic eventually becomes corrupted, its human nature. People become greedy and selfish and think of their own advancement whether for personal glory or their own financial gain ahead of what they are supposed to be doing. Power corrupts as the guy said.

Discussion #1793Talk Sense

Hi,

I read a story a few months back about Hitler and his plans.

Apparently, he knew about Zionism and the plans the movement had however he thought Zionism was Judaism hence the mass killing of Jewish people.

He thought if you destroy Jewish people then you destroy their plans.

As far as I can see he had the right idea however he just completely cocked it up when it came to going after the right people (the most important part).

The story did say however that his mind was warped by various different books that he read but his original intention was to fight Zionism and create his own new world order however it would be a free world order.

The story went on to state that the media and education system have completely twisted his intentions and his image.

Now, I'm not an expert I'm just passing on a 'theory' that I've heard.

I'd like to just point out that what he done was beyond wrong. I'm not condoning his actions at all. What I am saying is that he done what he done because he thought he was fighting the right people...

Ed, posters, etc. have you heard something similar to this at all? {Ed001's Note - considering he was little more than a German Army spy, at the start, I personally believe that for a long time he was operating under orders. It was only after he got power, in my opinion, that he began to develop his own ideas on how to run the country. The anti-semitism was a part of the brief right at the beginning, more because the army were always arguing with prominent Jews and wanted to break their power, for me.}

Weather he meant to kill the Jews or mistook them for Zionism... Surely it doesn't matter which religion!?!? He still would have massacred millions of people had he had alliances the zionists wouldn't he, so how would it have been any less of a outrage?
Jag_reddog
Agree · 1 · Disagree · 0
So he had the right idea in exterminating people just had the wrong ones? Sorry but i think you've totally misphrased that there.

Also if you read Mein Kampf you wouldn't be saying anything about "a free world order" it would have been anything but if you were a non-German.

The Ed is correct in that he was at the start just a spy for the German army. Corporal Hitler was drafted in on assignment to infiltrate a small socialist party in Munich and report on their activities. His report was that they were just a bunch of windbags who sat around debating rather than actually willing to take any action and the Reichswehr had nothing to worry about. Under encouragement he took over leadership of this party and swung it dramatically over to the right. This even alarmed some of his own backers in just how radical Hitler actually was.

A lot of Hitlers ideas were not original and borrowed from a lot of sources, Darwin, Nietszche etc. I've heard him called the last of the Victorians as a lot of his guff was the same pseudo-scientific clap trap spouted in the late Victorian era. And all that stuff about grabbing territory and creating an empire.

His main thing was to fight Bolshevism, who's main leaders had been Jewish. Zionism as it was understood at the time, he might actually have supported as it was the campaign for a Jewish homeland and would have meant getting jews out of Germany and Europe away from where they were a "problem"
