american elections are bizarre. This electoral college thing sounds like the biggest fix ever. How can a state such as Ohio which has 4% of the population decide the whole election. Its nuts.

Yeah i agree this whole electoral college thing is a sham, how does it work anyway?

You know you have issues if the Russians are slating your election process after all Putin's shenanigans at their last election.

hey guys i think i have a theory regarding the BBc and Natwest....i think there both owned by the same people, despite that being illegal, because they froze jimmy savilles estate which they arent allowed to do unless they have commited money laundering offences which he didnt or isnt being accused off. It looks like the BBC is using its influence to get back at the bad press its getting

jagjacob123

The BBC's a public corporation funded by a tax on the whole population as such it isn't owned by anyone in the sense that you are suggested.

That isn't too say that it isn't influenced by people with an agenda who may or may not own shares in NatWest.

Personally i didn't think they could do that with his estate, if he's left bequests to people then they surely belong to the people that its been left to.

I know what he allegedly got to up was very bad, but to me it seems a lot of people are creeping out the woodwork just looking for a nice big compo payday now he's shuffled off. Where were they 12 months ago?
Agree · 7 · Disagree · 0
To reply to the poster asking where they were 12 months ago, I'd like to share my opinion on this.

Its well documented that JS was questioned about these acts a few times and each time his reply would be to threaten to "take down a lot of others with him"

It has got me wondering if the instigator of this coming out is actually somebody who was involved with what was going on behind the scenes. I believe this because the Saville threats have obviously worked as the news always went away, was the person starting the rumour scared of being found out too? and now saville has gone its starting to go full steam ahead and everyone is finally talking about it. I just hope if this is true then the person who had the saville vendetta gets found out too as they are just as guilty as him.

Personally, I think it's a load of hogwash, as I don't believe in ghosts or poltergeists. Some will say they work, others won't, best thing to do is try for yourself and see for yourself it's a load of rubbish.

I'm original poster, lew. I played this a number of times and a load of freaky s**t happened and i have never played one since, i have heard numerous stories about weird stuff and as i have stated witnessed it myself but still people say it is a load of rubbish. Just interested to see people's views on it as there seems to be too many 'situations' for it to just be one big hoax?

{Ed033's Note - Yes, it's very dangerous to mess about with Ouija boards. Best to stay away.

Does anyone think Jimmy Savile had something over the BBC? All these claims that people told top brass about what he was upto, just been brushed aside. Surely things wasn't that lax in 70s, 80s and 90s? They couldn't of been worried about losing money, if they wanted to they could of made another "superstar" DJ.
Something definately doesn't ring true

Aaron

Hes suppose to say one time that he would bring a lot very famous people down with him if things came out about him
so i herd
{Ed033's Note - It's obvious that Jimmy Saville was part of a larger ring and certain people (unknown to me) don't want that to get out

Apparently in his autobiography he said the bbc were too scared to get rid of him because they knew he'd take down more people than the bbc could afford to lose

Been waiting for some one to start a discussion on here bout him.
i`m guessing/speculating that he had one of them super injunctions in use, where no one can even mention anything dodgey or look into his/their activities..
do agree he was`nt on his own..
only my opinion..

For sure, there were a lot of people in on it and child abuse would have been rife, he headed it up and others followed. The BBC would have collapsed if they had taken him down. Money talks eh?

{Ed033's Note - Allegedly Jimmy Saville was also a necrophile and had access to hospital mortuaries

Jay from Glasgow. I totally agree with you regards Romney. As i said earlier he's a buffoon as his olympic comments showed. But none of the republican candidates looked any good. Maybe four years hasn't been enough time for Obama to sort things out but he hasn't even made a start. I think appointing the very people in wall street who spent the 80's and 90's dismantling the financial system enabling rampant greed and the crash that happened, to jobs in the public sector with a brief to fix the system was a joke. Obama is all style and substance. I think neither candidate is good and shows the decline of the presidency.

I think you guys are splitting hairs, its a bit like saying do you like Stalin or Hitler with a suit on and a smile, they and every other leader will try to bullsh t you, smell the coffee guys.

End of the day, no one really is capable of fixing the states in a quick manner. So we'll agree with eachother on that!
Franky, wouldn't liken Romney or Obama to hitler or Stalin in any way whatsoever! I will agree that the wool is sometimes pulled over our eyes a little, but that would be about all I agree on! It's the era before Obama that is the most corrupt, at least that's my opinion anyway, until I see reason to change it!

It's one big era, Jay, it's only the mask that changes, and the mask is what most people percieve.

Jay if anything i would say things have gotten more corrupt! The 80's the rot set in and things have got worse ever since.

I seriously recommend Inside Men, the story of how the last crash happened. Successive US govts from Reagan onwards allowed the destruction of the financial checks regulating Wall St. From this came the crash. Most of these same people were appointed by Obama to fix the system. if thats not corrupt then what is?

Not a fan of either guy as their just puppets.

Mort.

hi a qiestion for ed001, i recently viewed your discussion with deano and it got me thinking. you keep talking about 'infinate worlds' meaning infinate chances but my question to you is how do you know there are infinate worlds? you are just a millescule part of earth and probably never ventured halfway around the world never mind to another one, you have no proof other than the fact this is what you have been told somewhere during your life, probably by the same government you chastise about 9/11 and sofourth. not having a go just interested to see what your response is

BigDan {Ed001's Note - I have never been told that by any government, I have, however, used telescopes in the past and seen that there are other things out there.}

If you used a telescope you would see that there are alot of planets and galaxys its not like its a cover up, because 9/11 was a (cover up/or not) that makes the whole knowledge of the universe a lie? Just no sir

Ha you are actually saying your telescope is that powerful you have seen other worlds??? wake up you mug {Ed001's Note - are you that stupid? You can see at least one planet with the naked eye, let alone a telescope. I feel sorry for you, it must be really difficult being such a complete and utter knob.}

Are you suggesting someone needs to be really big, possibly gargantuan, to percieve or suspect the existence of other worlds?

I have seen at least 3 other planets this year without any use of telescopes so stop making an arse of yourself

Hi everyone, seen a post addressed to me and tried to reply, but window closed as I was pressing send text, so I'm reposting my reply here. Any reply/rebuttal is more than welcomed!

Hi, just seen your post.
I'm in no way saying that Obama is amazing or anything of the sort, but he is miles better equipped to run the country than Romney. Obama has made a lot of mistakes, but come, who could have cleaned up Bush's mess in just 4 years? Romney is a known homophobe (ridiculous in this day and age) and not mentioned any numbers on he'll fix Americas economy, just rambling on about a 5 point plan (which he won't discuss) and promises that he knows how to create jobs (again not getting any further detailed than that) and his mental idea of giving the military an extra 2 trillion dollars on their budget (that the military hasn't even indicated they need) whilst trying to reduce the deficit. So you can see where I'm coming from with my distrust of Romney. Look, Romney is a nice guy, and some of the stuff he supports, I support. He also seems sincere in his ideas, but for me, he's just not the right guy. Plus, since when was a republican ever a good idea? The final nail in the coffin for me is that he is a Mormon. I have no problem with most religions, but how can anyone of sound mind believe in the joseph smith tale. Joseph smith was a convicted fraudster/charltan, so anyone who believes a word this maniac said, must really be either unhinged or incredibly stupid!

Thanks for the post, love a good topic on here!

Peace

Jay

Hey Jay,
What strikes me is that you think Obama or Romney are the ones who make the decisions, and the ones who make their agendas for america to move forward, or so it seems. Surley the people/corporations who are literally funding and paying their salary are the ones who "kindly ask" for this and that to be signed off on, and hit the population and economy, benefiting their cause... to me its just a power struggle to see who is more popular (has the biggest weiner) and can make the most money, and not about who is better for the people.. just an outside view either accurate or not ?
