Anyone that spills beans
And is still alive
Should draw suspicion
But he works restless and for that earns respect
And unlike others he lives in a flat not big house
And the amount of abuse he has received through the years for being and saying different
Deserves respect
A lesser man would quite.

It's clear that labour needs to come back to the centre ground. Lurching to the extreme left was never a good idea.

I think that ed 33 got it in one. There must be some sort of power struggle between the elites. I think a good example of this is regarding a group called the Dragon Family. They got arrested with a briefcase containing trillions of dollars worth of American government bonds while trying to go to Switzerland. I'm positive that the elites of this world conspire against one another as well as the public. Just some food for thought.

I wonder what TPTB were thinking when they thought of this. Makes u think about divide and conquer although they had us in a union which makes for easier control I just can't see what their perogative may have been behind this.
As we all know they wouldn't let us have the referendum unless they wanted us to have it.

As I've said before the UK is s country built by immigrates and that won't change.
The first correct step has been taken. The next is to hold your local politican accountable so as you know you're in safe hands and that he/ she is going to Westminster to do his job not entertain cooperation lobbyists. Lobbying MPs should be illegal
MPs should be elected by local branch members to represent local issues not by parliamentary party committees who fly in their choices so as they have control.
The Bank of England should be a national bank not a lone facility for the country. National debt should be writen off and the bankers jailed told to gtf.
The profiteers in the NHS should be shown the door. Investment in hospitals schools required. Scrap trident, pull all troops out of war zones. Build up trade relations with un EU countries, manufacturer your own paracetamol products, ones that actually work not poison. Seize back public transport.
Local governments/ councils should have more power
At the end of the day control must be from the bottom up not the top down. You must be able to knock your local MPs front door and hold him accountable if he vears from the agenda he was sent to implement.
The list is endless and hopefully the take back has begun. As an Irishman what happens in UK is important because we seem to ape what our Norman/ Saxon/ Celt/ Afro/ Asian neighbours do.

its definitely a wake up call, corbyn was always a skeptic about the eu and in hindsight he should have stood by his beliefs but the power of the unions who fully backed corbyn.
massive massive mistake by lab that they will take unlimited working migrants .
but if there is anyone in the lab party who could do a better job with us leaving then I have not heard of him or her.

Well Corbyn's from a non working class background and is part of the inner city liberal elite that is out of touch with the core labour voters.
Also as a life long Eurosceptic who consistently voted against the EU his pro remain campaign was lacklustre almost like he did his best to push the labour to vote leave.

If Scotland want a referendum, fine it's there future, but would they accept border controls which would surely have to be put into place on the scots/ UK border.
Also with the oil they would be hoping to walk away from the union with, don't they possibly see themselves as a new cash cow for the Eu?

As I said the other day, it opens up immigration to non Europeans. Which has been happening for decades anyway.
Have you remainers thought of the impact the common agricultural policy has on 3rd world farmers? Probably not.

You might be right mate, I doubt the elite will give in without a struggle and some slight of hand to pull the wool over our eyes, main thing is the majority got it right, as long as we don't get forced to accept some watered down divorce of sorts then fine, we need to let the politicians know that anything other than complete control over immigration, borders, and trade is unacceptable.
That's the thing about democracy, if they don't do what we want we can vote them out, another 10 or 15 yrs of Brussels meddling and that wouldn't have been the case.
Britain'onward&upward.

im scottish and voted out but i'm really shocked at the every constituency voted in percentage.
the in people in my work have been realy pushing that it would never be an out vote and now they are arguing and becoming aggressive in saying that's the end of it and we should be all worried. lol
but I feel that if i'm travelling down south I could be tainted with the same brush as the in voters up here.

I was also surprised that such a high turnout yielded a leave result. To be honest I was surprised by the result.
And I'd be interested to know what others think of how safe Corbyn is now? In my humble opinion I don't think he can credibly lead an opposition party now, and like Cameron he should do the right thing and resign.
On a side note, I was quite impressed by Cameron's speech this morning. I didn't hear the full speech, but it is significant that Britain and not the UK was mentioned. I wonder will the status of Northern Ireland come up on the agenda over the coming months and years, as they voted remain. As did Scotland.
