The idea of the "deep web" is to use a proxy in order to access, this makes you vulnerable (open ports), but harder to see as your IP address is bounced off of 500 different ping locations all over the world.

If you know what you're doing with these proxy programs such as Tor, then you'll be able to pretty much mask your identity from anyone.

As I've said before, Guns are very, very obtainable in the UK and they are very cheap. Most people think otherwise.

You need a tor/ onion browser before you can go on these sites and if your wanting to do something illigal it is recommended you get a good VPN as well also don't be downloading using bit torrents etc whilst browsing those sites. But all this is just a guess at keeping you anonymous because it's hard to say what govs can and can't do.

A good friend of mine is a lucifarien and I asked him about the whole evil pedophilia thing and he denied it and showed me there laws/ commandments and the laws say you can't hurt children or animals it even says you can't kill unless you its in self defence. It wouldn't surprise me that you could buy guns and ammo quite easily in the dark web/ deep web. the internet was originally created for the military and other security/ intelligence agencies. The cia used the internet in the Russian afghan war to send funds and weapons to the jihadists and I'm sure they did the same in all the other proxy wars. The internet we see is only the surface were we can be monitored that's why you need special software to access the rest of the web like I. p. maskers and onion browsers.

using an 'incognito' browser such as thor/ tor (i don't remember what its called), you can browse an underground ebay sort of website where u can buy fake passport, fake id, guns, all types of drugs using bitcoins.

i only know about this as I know a guy who brings in hard drugs into my country. I thought he was kidding bt when he showed me I was shocked and surprised. I don't remember the name of the site, but yes there are deep dark areas of the internet we haven't been to. and i'm told there also website with child pornography etc. sickening. though I've never seen it myself I see no reason why it wouldn't be true.

Explorer like fire fox is not also once you get fire fox you can then search Silk Road or similar and it's like a eBay for guns, drugs, hitmen for hire, you name it they even have a rating system where you can see if the seller is reliable, lol.
But it's like that so the rich can play their corrupt games easily.
