I'm not surprised by their behavior either franky. NASA has made removing data from its website a habit, which encourages people to question their agenda. Among others, mission data, footage of the space station and sun activity data has been removed on numerous occasion without adequate explanation.

Action-reaction is a natural "law", whereby when an action is performed an equal and opposite reaction descends from the synergetic universe, to ground that first force's energy. What if it were possible to perform an action without manifesting a reaction, at least on the same scale?
Let us assume that one would wish to perform an action but would dread the reaction that would stem from it. By forewarning involved parties of the action said person was planning, they would in actuality set the warning as the action part of the equation and their planned action as its reaction. In this way they would, at least, theoretically eliminate the need for a synergetic reaction.

Exactly franky. If there were bullets in that weapon, the result of a shot from that distance would have been evident to everyone watching that video, hit or miss.

Franky, an AK-47 uses 762 ammo which would make theory number 2 improbable.

Weapons using that caliber of bullets are banned globally, due to a weapons treaty at UN level. The reason for this, according to the UN, is that their impact and its result is too brutal even for war.
In simpler terms, if one would get hit from such a bullet at a distance of up to about 400m on a limb, said limb would be detached from the body. If the torso was hit, one would be left with a small entry wound but a large exit wound due to the bullet's high speed and weapon barrel dependent rotation.
Thus, if either the pavement or a human body laying on the pavement was shot from 2m away, it would definitely be visible in the video.

Theory number one seems to be the most reasonable explanation.

Some additional, irrelevant and disturbing information:
The UN indirectly encourages the use of ammo of 556 caliber, which rather than instantly killing people, mostly injures them. Thereby providing the shooter with more targets, as the wounded's friends attempt to rescue him. Evidently instant death is more cruel a fate, than being terrorized and conditioned for apathy.

I've spent some more time searching for it without result. I've searched as far back as I can through the search function so it must have been posted at an older date.
I have also been thinking of the terms I should be searching for and so can add that, the examples given in this document were mostly of a socioeconomic nature.
Additionally, I don't remember it as being attributed to any author, but do recall it was supposedly a document issued by and for the "elite".
Lastly, I think you were the one who posted the original link Ed033. I had commented on it on multiple occasions and recommended it to other posters of this site, certainly, on more than one occasion.
