In the second part of this interview he mentions that there is a way to fight the establishment.

The materials produced to be used for construction and everything else for that matter, are designed with cost rather than detrimental health effects in mind.

Asbestos was used for a long time with the industry never admitting that it posed a health risk.
Fiberglass insulations (used in Oz), tear up the lungs and the ammonia remnants resulting from the production process cannot be any better to inhale.
Gypsum boards create the same fine dust you are referring to, older tools made from carcinogenic metal compounds, toxic paints, toxic finishes, toxic glues etc.

The list is endless and the establishment simply replaces one health risk with another as we become aware of them.

Some time ago while traveling, I only had access to water that was contaminated with E. Coli.
The only doctor in the area was recommending the use of chlorine and fluoride tablets to disinfect the water.
The locals who knew about the contaminated water, were all eating a lemon every morning and a clove of garlic every night, claiming that it kept them healthy.
I followed their example for the month that I was there and was in good health throughout.

You are on to something. Ikea have banned the inclusion of formaldehyde in products that contain MDF, OSB and particle (chip) board for some time, in order to avoid these health issues and litigation in the future. You can easily check this with Ikea themselves.

It's funny how no one ever finds out anything useful that could benefit us all.

Max Gerson amongst others agreed with the concept of alkalising the body to prevent cancer. My own GP has told me that even the strongest virus can be stopped if the body is alkalised within 6 hours. Of course that is easier said than done, but most of the regular posters here know that mainstream pharma industries exist to make money, not to make you better. The modern western diet is too acidic, and creates a fertile environment for cancer and other disease to grow.

Love the way someone disagreed yet had no argument of their own to put up.
We all know that sort I suppose.
I have absolutely no doubt something legit worked for us as like I mentioned the glass actually moved away from us on it's own at one point.
There were numerous reasons why I believe it to be real now.
I wouldn't mess with it too much though as there are "jokers" that try to communicate but mess with your head.
One particular moment had us communicating with "Satan" which freaked us out.
But once composed again I told it to leave etc.
There's definitely something to it all though.
Would love to carry out experiments with it but none of my friends want to do it anymore.

I agree there is definitely something to this. Me and two mates done this many moons ago when we were 14 or 15. We got into it through one the mates ma and sister used to use the board a couple of times a week, so being very skeptical me and my other mate decided c'mon we will prove its crap. So the three of us, in the garage cut out the letters like our friend above, arranged in a circle with a glass upturned in the centre. Now we all wet our little finger and lightly placed on the glass, hence after a minute or so of saying "is there anybody there?" the glass began to move. Now you can see the fingers slowly sliding around the top of the glass to rule out pushing or pulling, so in the end we became believers. We were on the board every other night for weeks, great stuff.

My reading of it is that it only applied to "migrants" or "visitors" to the U. K. Which begs the question, what happens if one of these visitors has an E. H. I. C. card? This statement, " The card holder will have access to state-offered healthcare in Switzerland and all European Economic Area (EEA)", (from the. gov website), contradicts what they're saying?

Well mate if the people allow this to happen without a almighty fight like the bedroom tax then we all deserve to get shafted, I WILL BE PROTESTING AND MORE IF IT COMES TO IT.
