franky its all very well believing in conspiracy theories, thats why we all come on here. But at some point your going to need proof. Take JFK mort people still think it was oswald because most of the proof isn't widely circulated. Look at the stuff thats popped up on this site alone. I agree with you that Jones was just trying to get it out there. Right strategy wrong tactic. He did come across as a bit daft and to most people it looks like a morgan victory. It looks good to the believers. But it won't have woken up many of the "sheep" mort

some of them are probably russian. Lets face it their not innocents, look at poland, germany, hungary, czechoslovakia, afghanistan. Then look at how they fought terrorism in checnya. Then look at recent dealings with ukraine and georgia. Almost as bad as the yanks and most of it in the name of an inhuman political system. Had to laugh at your remark about the soviets losing and becoming enslaved. Its anything but. I give it ten years and the red flags will be flying again over the kremlin.

Just seen this video,
Personally piers won that everyday of the week.... As much as i dislike the bloke.
He didnt even have to say anything just let that alex jones rant on and embarrass himself and i think that was morgans plan all along... all these conspiracy theories, you can come up with conspiracy theories about anything but until there is solid proof put before you thats all it is a theory, and you look like a nutjob a la alex jones in this interview whose just looking for something that isnt there... also alex jones false information on the uk crime stats and the childish accent ... well didnt help his cause either.... just further helped piers morgan in my eyes.

Jagreddog i will use 1 word Hillsborough, i would say the people from Liverpool knew the truth and people who were at that end from different parts of the country as well, even with the long campaign to get the truth and before the new evidence that was finally brought to light, i reckon maybe 30 to 40 er cent knew the real truth before the families got the new inquiry, maybe that's why i find it hard to trust the establishment .

But franky, how can we believe in a conspiracy without proof?!? There always must be proof or ways of explaining it into order to make it believable, surely?

No edd This refers to the so-called "red list" -- a secret kill list of Americans authorized by Obama and designed to be invoked immediately before an attempted radical leftist takeover of the nation. In support of this theory, Obama himself actually signed into law the NDAA which authorizes secret assassinations of U.S. citizens on U.S. soil.

{Ed033's Note - I've heard of this but didn't know it was called the "Red List". I was close though, it's a list of people who could become "extinct"

Garbo good post i know what you mean but are there neutrals on subjects like this? to me there are three types of people,
1 who believe in conspiracy theories
2 people who don't
3 people who want to see bone-fired proof.

There was a better way of handling that interview, I can understand what Frank is saying get the message out there but I could of told you the questions Morgan was going to ask hours before the show, he is so slimy he is transparent. Jones could of, should handled it better, he is an intelligent man and he could of pushed the neutrals in the right direction. But unfortunately he didn't as I stated above.

Edd the popularity with Jones own audience would not have dropped in fact i would say it is reinforced, the general public i agree but like i said in my previous post, they are the sheep.

If your gauging your opinion on the general public then JFK got shot by lee Harvey Oswald, the gulf war happened because a ruthless dictator had weapons of mass destruction and we are in Afghanistan to drive out the Taliban to make it safe for world peace, these people believe all that the same people tho think Jones is a nut job.

{Ed033's Note - Because Alex Jones is becoming so popular now, this Morgan interview was almost certainly specifically designed to lower Jones' credibility. Unfortunately it may have worked.

I agree with khakipillowslip and eds why do you keep changing a word to describe someone as stupid to person as I've seen it a few times now?

Frank, yes they have all heard of him, haven't they! I've seen about 5 separate petitions to get HIM deported since that show wheat out. People all round the world are calling him a nut job because all they saw was a crazy man on TV. Just look on twitter and you can gauge what the general US and world Public think of him. He has lost all credibility to the majority.... However I still think he is a reliable man and he knows what he's on about but what I think and what the general public think.... There two very separate things...

Like or hate Alex Jones he has drawn attention to the mainstream media about subjects that would never get the publicity, pharmaceuticals companies sponsoring cnn even thou prescription drugs are as dangerous as class a drugs and in fact killing more people than illegal drugs, plus he mentioned the 9/11 stuff that we have all heard about, then america/cia selling guns to mexico even thou they have a drugs ban on guns but mexico is one of the most violent countries in the world, Jones knew that he had to get them all out in the interview as much as he can because the interview would get cut short btw which it did there was supposed to be a part 3 of the interview but cnn knew that Morgan could not control Jones and what he was saying, like i said like or hate Jones i admire the feller and would take hes over the top eccentric attitude over a lying rat who was a major player in the phone hacking scandal .
