Alright Franky, yea I see where ya coming from with that, I wouldn't want to risk serious cash like that either but it puts their already dodgy integrity into question. Clubs should be allowed to tear up their contracts and lodge a bid for the money they invested to be paid back. I hate using chelski as an example but they did it with Mutu. Another point to look at is some of the referees, surely some of them are on drugs with some of decisions that get made haha

Hey Aaron i agree mate but those Chelsea players were foreign ,we all know the cases with high profile English internationals from BIG clubs, i wont mention any names but the premier league don't want to tarnish there billion pound sponsorship with it leaking out,

I think birmingham done this with gary oconnor,claimed he was injured but was serving a ban for taking cocaine,trying to protect the clubs image,these guys are meant to be role models for our children and should be exposed and never allowed to play again.

So he's not always injured then. He's still twisted from the previous night haha seriously though its a massive problem IMO. Forget about the sponsors, the two most recent cases I can think of are both ex chelski players, Bosnich and Mutu. Both got sacked and publicly shamed for it. I think the sponsors would prefer that option to the current cloak and dagger approach used by the spineless people of the FA

Read a bit about it seen a few things on youtube about it ,the first time i heard about it was when i was a teenager there was a movie on it on bbc1,then a few years back a listened to talk radio(before it was talk-sport) and they had this American on who was supposedly on the ship or knew someone who was on it, it was a brilliant interview ,tried looking for it for a while but cant find it,did it happen?who knows?one thing off the subject thou mike dickin never suffered fools when they called up but on subjects like this he was open minded,hes last show on then talk-sport was about the afterlife a 3 hour special just a week before Christmas after the show he died in a car accident .

Hey guys my take on this subject is like u fellow reds i am brainwashed in to deadline day hype, now looking at it sensibly i agree with the yanks not paying fulham(allergically they were asking Liverpool to pay a million pound more than any other club because they reckon we tapped up dempsey and the cock up on fsg media that we signed him never helped)plus also the fact that he is 29 (no resale value ) all together we are looking at a 15 million investment including wages for a good player who had 1 really good season since he has been in the prem,remember fellers a few years ago we had the same thing with souness and we had to play the kids and fowler and mcmanaman flourished , the same thing is going to happen with sterling and hopefully morgan and suso fingers crossed,the only thing that has p****d me off with the yanks is they have made br look a tool by allowing him to loan out carrol and not getting a replacement.
