I had a sales rep knock on my door a few months ago trying to talk me in on getting one, he looked puzzled when I told him that there were dangerous and had law suits in the usa, honest opinion I would not have one.

My view which is not backed up by hard evidence is that most of them are good at reading the person in front of them rather than receiving messages from the departed, I did watch a Youtube vid once on how they do this, think John Edwards was the psychic in question.
Saying that I can't say all are frauds who knows what we are truly capable of and what happens when the body dies ( I just hope they have Larger)

Just to add to my post and no disrespect I feel for the poor girl & her Family & Oscar if I'm wrong but still even then he has issues. You ask about his behaviour in court I think it's just really bad Acting watching the trial does just look like watching a bad TV show.

Totally agree, nothing but a spoiled kid not getting his own way, wouldn't be surprised if he gets away with it though.

I kind of agree Ryan on his personality but also I think he's paranoid & aggressive. Therefor I think Supasub is correct but more along the lines of he got mad at her pulled the gun she ran screaming hiding from him in the Bathroom she's locked it he's tried to get in couldn't then shot her through the door. His house was surely alarmed if someone was coming in through his toilet window they would have known. Why shoot through the door why not wait to see who comes out with a gun pointed at there head? If it's an intruder pop. I think he's a liar & a murderer.

I think he's a hot head who tried to scare the s*** out if her and it went very wrong.

I don't particularly like him, he comes across as a superficial and spoilt rich kid, or at least he did before this tragedy. Having said that, I think he made a terrible and tragic mistake that night. I'm inclined to believe him.
