They certainly put things in a new light. I won't comment on the veracity as I had quit moscow by the late 90s. But some things I had heard of and some things I suspected.
He was advised London wasn't the safest place to be saying such things from.

He worked in both counter terrorism and anti corruption so knew about a lot of shady incidents from the 90s and things that could be very bad for some high up dangerous people to cross.
If you can get hold of either of his books they are worth a read.

Supposedly it had a lot of top secret technology on board, a test bed platform for new equipment that they didn't want nato getting hands on hence refusing a joint rescue mission.

I had a feeling there was something fishy going on, I think someone on here pointed out that it should not of been a anonymous vote, too easy to fix

pmsl at some of the comments above. Too much rubbish to go through, but I would just like to point out that I am a Rangers man and when I go to make my vote the last thing going through my mind will be football.
The fact that this vote is so important to my future as well as my family's means I will do what I feels best. To suggest that some of us don't know our own mind is laughable. Stop the hatred and give us some credit.

Mr. 1888 (wonder what that's for) so u believe most of the yes camp are rangers fans! Lol, u sir are on the glue. Surely rangers fans are more inclined to vote in favour with staying with the union, thus making them vote for no. I abso despise how my country's independence vote is apparently being fought over what colour shirt u wear and religioun u follow. Extreme right wingers on 1 side and extreme left wingers on the other, both equally as horrible as 1 another. Thankfully there is enough people on both sides that have their feet on the ground and will vote for the good of the country. Just look at the disgraceful abuse JK Rowlen received for backing the better together camp. Just as many people are voting yes bcoz they hate the fact they are British and British is what it reads on their passport, as people who will vote no 'cause I hate alex salmond' (even though we ain't voting for him) for these people their is no reasoning, they have been brought up to behave like persons and will remain persons for the rest of there days. P. S I'm 50/50, I will vote for whoever earns it.

Above. are you on glue. the majority of yes voters I know are union jack waving rangers fans! and are only really on side due to irish sectarian nonsense? wow

Can I categorically state there is no sectarianism on the YES side. The bigoted nonsense is coming from the no campaign. Discrimination is rife in the British state, Most right wing British nationalists in Scotland tend to be from the loyalist/orange communities!
An independent Scotland would be all inclusive with a written constitution, fairness for everyone. This will be the beginning of a new era for Scotland with the hatred and divisions that the British state has orchestrated for hundreds of years gone!

My rulebook?nah my thoughts, I am open minded on this subject on one hand Westminster are scared if Scotland goes independent which makes me think it might be better for the normal Scottish people then on the other hand a united uk that is against the establishment is a lot more powerful than a splintered one, its a tough call either way and I am english.
Read discussionBut surely under your rulebook of the elite franky, they would love an in dependant Scotland as it is all part of divide and conquer? Already divide and conquer mentality in Scotland. On the 1 hand-people who march and celebrate the a man who wanted to rid the world of Catholics. The other- a religion that commits horrific child abuse and opposes gay and safe sex.

Alex salmond is more hated than Blair, Brown and Cameron in some parts of Scotland, and why I wonder?
I'm not a snp voter I was labour as I was brought up to vote them.
Luckily for Scotland theirs people from catholic and Protestant, celtic and rangers bypassing this vile hatred for the better good and hopefully unite after it. Shame the bigots from both side could ruin what could be a prosperous occasion for us all. Soar alba

Sorry guys for butting in but lenny you have nailed it on the head, forget what religion a certain leader is, the question remains DO YOU WANT OUT?normally I would yes get out of this money tax grabbing establishment but the more I think of it we need guys and girls like you, put it this way the Scottish and welsh and Irish to me have more in common with me than anyone down south (in general )to splinter that eventually we would lose that connection .
Read discussionThis is what's wrong with Scotland. Everyone thinks it's about the snp. AS can't be hated that bad if he's in power just now & looks likely to keeping being FM even if it's a no vote. Â
The Orange order have nothing to do with Scots, same with the republican walks too. It all boils down to the old firm. Â
It's hard to believe people of Scotland would rather claim to be Irish or have a Irish connection rather than being Scottish. Same with how people can march to celebrate & follow 'the Orange order'. A march that celebrates the death of Catholics from 100s of years ago when really their own wife mother or father friends etc are likely from or connected to a Catholic faith.
Would like to see the views if these people who attend both Orange order & republican walks saw a walk to celebrate the death of a s
Sorry for being the political side of things into this but it's really Scotland's biggest problem in both sides yes or no vote.

Hated by who? the most bigoted and hated element in Scottish history! Scotland is a progressive country, not stuck in the past like the orange order who are an anachronism! This is not about the S. N. P, this is about Scotland being able to vote for self determination. Not having Tories ruling us anymore. P. S. Alex Salmond is a protestant!
Read discussionI think your wrong and the majority is on a no vote mate. Salmond is hated in many parts of Scotland especially amongst Protestants. As the SNP are against such things as the orange order. Someone bet 400k on a no vote the odds are heavily in favour of a no vote the bookies barely get it wrong. There will be no need for a false flag or a rig unless it's to favour Alex Salmond and the Yes Vote. I have nothing against the English I would rather stick together it's us the people who need to say no to the people at Holyrood & Westminster & take Britain back for the People!

If in anyway its going to harm the establishment yes they would rig the vote, I would make voting more transparent I would suggest you have to vote public and use a lego brick for whatever party you support red for labour blue for tories etc and what ever is the biggest lego statue wins.
