I am not going to talk about Unilever in particular as I view them as just another corporation which serves the interests of a minority. Practically all their products contain GMOs and they don't state that in any way or form on the products labels, though as I already said they aren't any different from the pseudo-competition (global cartel).
This blog https://tinyurl.com/pfer7h5 makes for a short and informative read on Unilever's policies in regards to GMOs.
They feature on any random corporate blacklist, along with their corporatocratic partners. E.g. https://tinyurl.com/ckvjad
If your worries are health related, then their products should be avoided at all costs and a local and/or organic/environmentally friendly buying policy could be an alternative.
