I wasn't actually looking for this but stumbled across it and it quickly becomes apparent how much BS we are fed.

It is a FOI request document from the UK government website.

Here is question 5;

" 5) Is human embryonic kidney or lung tissue used in the development/ manufacturing part of this Pfizer cv19 vaccine ?

No human embryonic kidney or lung cells are used in the manufacturing of the Pfizer vaccine. The HEK 293 cell line was used in the development of the Pfizer vaccine. Further information can be found in the PARs published by MHRA and the EMA, which we have provided via the links above."

Now a quick search for the 'HEK 293 cell line' and here is the information;

"293 [HEK-293] is a cell line exhibiting epithelial morphology that was isolated from the kidney of a human embryo. This cell line can be used in industrial biotechnology and toxicology research."

As the winter is setting in, I am sure most of you are feeling it. Lack of Sun, damp, wet, cold. It is not ideal conditions for anything let alone, anyone.

Trees and plants all, apart from a few, shed their foliage and move into a hibernation mode to survive. We mortal souls however, have to carry on regardless. So I thought I would share what things I take, even though its been covered on this page before, just to help you decide if you need to supplement and add natural elixirs to you daily life.

Supplements: (vitamins/minerals):

Vit C with Rosehip
Vit D3
Vit K2
Vit B complex
NAC (N-acetylcysteine)
Magnesium
Zinc
Copper

Organic Elixir and others:

Elixir (fermented) 1tsp Daily -
Manuka honey (the base and the essential ingredient) (Any raw honey)
Raw garlic
Raw ginger
crushed whole walnuts
I want to add turmeric root but as yet to find a good source.

First thing drink:
500ml distilled water
juice of whole lemon
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar with mother.

Plenty of fresh as possible, hopefully organic veg.

Definitely NO SUGAR of any sort. replace with honey if needed.

I fail when I think of gin and rum. My bad. I still run 5 miles before the day breaks so in my mind they cancel each other out.

There is a lot of other stuff I do that isn't 'good' for me but I walk a fine line with that. I assure you what I do is better than Big Pharma pills!
