AK's did tumble in price due to there being a glut on the market.
Weapon of choice for many as its not as complicated as American and European weapons. Less parts so easier to maintain. And quite robust as well.

Nearly all of the oligarchs who profited from the post soviet privatisation of industries under buffoon Boris have close links to either the kgb or organised crime. Most of the new wave gangsters were ex kgb.

Your welcome. Russia is a necessary balance in the world. The problem is so many are so caught up in all the American wrongdoings they ignore everyone else does the same stuff.
