one thing I have thought only the last 5 years is, we have always had natural disasters and the population has more or less been wiped out. also we know technology has always been around , even though we suppress that idea because people would be asking more questions.
My theory is like in the rogan video is, you have guys who know when the next catastrophe will happen like they did thousands of years ago and they rode it out either by the noah's ark theory or more likely underground bases.
that way once the earth is habitable again they remain in power while the rest of mankind gets a reset button which takes us back to following like sheep and never evolving.

Manning caused more of a stink because it was classified and came out at a sensitive time in iraq/afganistan.

the main reason why I say that is, panorama are doing a documentary about the vip sex scandal that has links to politicians. anyway they have had this info since 1984 and are now deciding to air this after 30 years and exaro news who have got this vip pedo story out into msm news have claimed the bbc are planning to do a hatchet job and debunk the claims.
this is the same corporation that denied they knew that jimmy saville was sexually abusing women and children and sometimes in BBC premises. throw in stuart hall and a host of dj's and they have the nerve to cast doubt on victims' claims, shows that the establishment are trying to put or dampen this fire.
i also believe they have used a senior inspector who has given reporters classified documents of victims also giving there address out.
