Interesting timing.
{Ed033's Note - The Swiss government and the Russian government care enough about the people in those countries to at least give them some hope against a nuclear attack. Probably wherever you are, you're expendable.

{Ed033's Note - i was talking generally, wherever anyone is you're probably expendable. And on top of that, a lot of people who think they are part of the 'elite', they are also expendable in most cases and don't have a golden ticket to an 'elite' only underground bunker like they've been told, imo.

To be honest parts of Birmingham already look like they've been hit. Some very run down areas. Even the touristy parts look worse than say Liverpool, Manchester or Newcastle.

I forget who's idea it actually was but back in Stalin's day when the Moscow metro was being extended someone had the idea of digging deeper for duel use as bomb shelters.

Hopefully never. Certainly not this year. And first half of 2017 would be unlikely. Due to new presidency and the need to keep escalating tension. Later 2017 to early 2018 maybe. Depends how Syria pans out.
