I doubt that the situation will escalate much further. Russia is merely flexing its muscle, reminding folk that if necessary, they will take care of their interests. by their rules. An all out offensive by Russia would be met with world wide condemnation, however, the incident is just too small for there to be an East vs West military conflict.

The UK and the US aren't really in a position to offer opinion since they declared war on and took residence in two countries that were no threat to their respective nations or nationals, all of which was based on a home grown lie.

Sorry Eric I have to disagree, the incident may be small in relative terms but the location of the protest/riots is huge, I think the british would be pretty pissed off if there were hired mercenaries who burnt and rioted in southern Ireland and say china said "we will help you" then basically moved in, can you imagine how downing street would feel?do I feel there will be ww3?no but tensions are high.

Will china back Russia or the un. Do Russia care bout any other county I don't think so. I think they have being planning this for years. A little fight in Ukraine has almost started ww3. All does not add up to me x

A few years ago I read an article which claimed that most sinkholes appear in areas where oil or natural gas was extracted from the earth.
I have been unable to verify the validity of those claims but it is an interesting theory.

Agreed but only one gangster seems to get the criticism. Some people in the west have a rather blinkered view of Russia and the Soviet Union. And a blind hatred of America. I find it a little odd. I am not condoning the escapades of the Americans, they are an immature country and too many think they are Clint Eastwood or John Wayne. But all great powers get upto these shenanigans. History is littered with examples. But I lived and worked in all three countries, including Britain, and as much as I may sometimes miss home I can appreciate the differences. As I write VP has just gone before the Duma to legalise his invasion.

I think people are sick to death of the usa acting as a world wide police force and not for genuine reasons, I think Russia are a lot more cute like a sniper were as the usa is like a cowboy kicking in a door then then blasting its victim with a shotgun.

Not particularly related to the original post but.
I was taught in school that it is stated in the UN charter that no country should interfere into the internal affairs of other countries but does anyone follows this?
We have constantly seen interference of various countires and sometimes even use of military power in some situations like libya, vietnam creating a bigger chaos. I don't understand why the other countries just turn a blind eye to all this. Nothing is done in regards to this in the UN (which I think is completely useless with all the veto powers. It is a joke). And the media always make the masses think what they want us think like who is justified and all that nonsense. And now we have ukraine. The people in the country have been put at risk with the continuance of the pathetic feud between the USA and Russia both wanting us to think that they are righteous.

The UN follows instructions as does every other union.
Decide what you want done, create a problem, present the initial plan as the solution.
I think China will get involved once the USA and Russia escalate the situation enough and people are terrified.

My thoughts are not condoning what he has done in the past is, he has done forty years behind bars, he has never killed anyone never sexually messed around with anyone, he has had a run in with the establishment and fought with them physically and now for the last ten years or so he has fought with them threw the courts and petitions, he illegally gets moved around from prison to prison without any explanation and still in solitary confinement after all these years, the media perception of him is always going to be bad, let's look what he done when no doubt he was a ill man and let's look at rapist /pedos who do a fraction of the time he has done, let's not forget he embarrassed HM prison with the banners and the setting fire to the roof many years ago and they are still trying to make a example of him.

For nearly twenty years CB has gone threw legal loopholes trying to get his case heard and I have been following his case for a while and even thou at the time he was mentally ill he never killed/abused anyone, he abused the system he abused the establishment and to be honest edd I find it astounding you buy into the thug/vicious man even now, and I am sorry but there is a relevance which is my whole point, if everyone done what CB did and done 40 years fine I will accept it but they don't in fact I am struggling to think of anyone who has done a long stretch without killing anyone, conclusion he was attacking the establishment of this country while he was sick and to this day he is getting shafted, Jesus Christ nelson Mandela was a sane person when he was part of a group that killed people then done his time now is lauded as one of the greatest leaders, before anyone judges take the time to read in his case and how he is getting messed around because he basically retaliated against prison officers which was unheard of in the 70/80s, I am sorry edd I am completely the opposite of your views.

Hi guys,

Been a bit ill so sorry for my late post on the help to buy scheme below.

I work for a national estate agent and yes, the market is booming as we say but be vary wary. The HTB scheme has had a massive ripple effect on the market. It has brought a lot more buyers into the market as they only have to pay the 5%. At the moment, there is not enough property to fufill this demand, hence the high prices. Like anything, if its on demand, the prices go up. Older generation's are cashing in and downsizing alot. But here is part one of the problem. The prices on all property has gone up. Down my way, a 2 bed on average is 120k.
Now the people on the htb scheme normally go for a 2/3 bed place. The people in those kind of properties are mostly looking to upsize to a 3/4 bed. The people in 4 beds are mostly looking to downsize, mostly now cash buyers. And most people would prefer to sell to a cash buyer for obvious reasons.
The people on the htb schemes are now taking mortgages on a property that is probably 15% more than the house is actually worth because of this fake bubble. And the repayments will be up to the interest rate. When that rises, which it will, we start paying off the debt the nation owes. Its like being taxed more but you don't really see it unless you sit down and think about it. Obviously, its a little bit more complicated than that but that's a quick overview. If your downsizing, your laughing. Anyone else is getting hit.

Yes, I think that theory first came ot in the 1970s, but I don't think he fired a bullet from his weapon, what is interesting to me is the shooting of jfk at the kill point was filmed from 3 different angles, zapruder, and right across the other side of the street 2 men in dark suits are filming too, you can see them in the zapruder film, I think they are cia/navy intellience, this footage has never been seen, also it was filmed from behind in the motorcade, there's footage of this on some youtube videos of the motorcade driving though the city centre a bit before they come to elm street. lfc
