I don't think the establishment is evil Melbourne CFC. I think they are insecure.
Rather than observing and imitating the creator who through increased complexity, variety and frequency encourages the perpetual rise of consciousness, they move in the opposite direction.
They lack faith in their fellow man. Exterminating variety, captivating in overcomplexity and resonating with the lowest possible frequencies. They are terrified of loosing the reigns of humanity's chariot to those they do not deem fit to be pioneers. As always, that which is feared comes to be.

It's an idea shared by Dean Clifford. Ed033 has a better grasp on the subject but I can give it a go and he'll correct me if I am wrong.

The idea is that as human beings we are created by god and are subject only to god's law.
As we are created in god's image we can also be subdivided in the holy trinity.
The holy trinity is comprised by the father/director, the son/beneficiary and the holy ghost/trustee.

The corporate government creates legal persons in our names on the day of our birth, through our live birth records. For that we get a receipt called a birth certificate.
In doing so they become the equity holders/shareholders/beneficiaries of our estates/vessels/bodies and can thus assign their employees/servants/agents as administrators/directors of the legal persons created in our names.
That means that the only role left is that of the trustee/servant/employee. When the government and its employees want us to obey their legal system, all they have to do is ask for a name and government i. d. , and then proceed to assume that we are acting in the capacity of trustee to the other party owned and copyrighted legal person. We have just proven their claim by presenting government i. d. and answering to what we think is our name but in reality is the name of a legal person (registered company).

If you demand your live birth record back, that is the same as reclaiming your property and changing your status from trustee to a legal entity, to beneficiary of a legal entity and thus a sovereign man.
In doing so the laws of man no longer apply to you, unless you engage in contract.
As humans we have unlimited potential, just as god does, and thus we can capitalize on our infiniteness by creating unlimited bonds.

The corporate government practically does the same thing without our knowledge and this is proven in that national debt is calculated as debt per capita.
We are the leverage against which governments borrow money. The projected wealth we are likely to produce in our lives is calculated in derivatives and capitalized.
I do not know the procedure for getting self issued bonds officially recognized and Dean Clifford suggests no one goes down that road unless they know what they are doing.
zari
{Ed033's Note - Dean clifford said, he got a few things wrong in the 2010 videos. The above seems close to what he said in 2010.

The trinity would be Beneficiary, Executor, Trustee.

Their corporation/system assumes people into being the Trustee position (lowest position who takes orders from Executor).

However, when you walk into a solicitors office to make a Will, they don't tell you that you're the Trustee so don't have the authority to name Beneficiaries of your Estate in your Will. No, they know you're the General Executor and Sole Beneficiary of your Estate (highest positions who gives orders to the Trustee(s))

I've been watching a lot of these lately. This bloke is the only one to get away with the claim. All others have ended up having to pay the fines, some even have had to spend time inside. It seems quite hard to claim sovereignty

There are various terms that express the same meaning but are used in different areas of law (admiralty, criminal, business etc. ). The ideal scenario would be to familiarize ones self with all of them and use all of them when making ones case, as noone knows what area of law the public servant/public officer/government agent/government employee/public trustee posing as judge is thinking in.

Having said that, most of the people dealing with these issues advise others to never visit court, as courts are for legal persons. As an example, Dean Clifford suggests submitting relevant documents making ones claim to the proper branch of corporate government, before a case is brought against them.

It is never easy to reason with somebody when they are treating you with hostility and believe are justified in doing so.

Boozy, I and my wife declared ourselves bankrupt a few years ago, best thing we done, if you want more detailed info, go on twitter contact me @Cush42 and I will give u my email address and can take you threw what happens!

Hey Franky, if it is not too personal of a situation that demands privacy, could you please share your advice here?
I have some friends who have been in debt for over 30 years now, still making their payments, to no avail as the loan interest and various fees keep pilling up, simply so as to maintain their small house.
Anyones personal experience in dealing with situations like these would be greatly appreciated.

i can not speak for people who have a mortgage but imo the c.a.b is the best place for advice, that is where me and the mrs got advice, basically if you are struggling with bills credit cards/car payments/bank arrears etc etc and its over 6k you owe you can declare yourself bankrupt, you pay £400 pound (six years ago) pretty straight forward we went to the c.a.b gave them a list of creditors that we were in debt with and could not pay back, the c.a.b done the rest, one thing if you owe bank arrears it is advised to change banks and just get a current account with no overdraft a example the cooperative, you turn up to court and basically hand over your papers and pay the money, it can take up to six years to get your credit rating back but i personally know a person who was getting offered credit cards six months later, a tip if you have a credit card that you are arrears in, you can actually pay your mortgage costs £400 then you do not have to pay it back because you are bankrupt, (we sort of got a wink of the legal aid c.a.b adviser to do it/) my wife worked and was on a pretty good wage but we decided to declare ourselfs bankrupt and it was the best thing we done and it is not as scary as it sounds but seek the help of the c.a.b there is another route you can go if you do not want to go bankrupt and that is debt relief order which never really suited us, hope this helps?

Frank, I can't believe you are boasting and advising people to go bankrupt. Declaring yourself bankrupt is the last resort, however it's nothing to brag about. You purchased the goods, you got yourself in debt, you pay it off. Why should someone else pay it for you. It's people like you that has got this country in financial trouble. Be warned, those that are thinking of doing this, although it comes off your credit file in six years, banks can always see this and getting a mortgage will be a nightmare. The same goes for Iva

Regarding water and its characteristics, it is interesting to note that impacting water at high speeds is similar to impacting solid concrete.
This is observed in record height dives, bullet penetration of water (smaller calibers penetrate deeper) and the fact that a lot of modern military bases are built underwater.
I imagine this is due to liquid's kinetic energy absorption capabilities and the following transformation of those energies into increased atomic electromagnetic charge, which strengthens atomic, and in extension molecular, bonds.

Yes good way to kill someone, throw them from plane at right height, body reaches velocity and breaks apart on hitting water as its like hitting concrete. Favourite with those charming boys from the Kibbutz.

Do you have any data on bullet penetration? I laugh at these Hollywood films that show bullets zipping through water when in fact it causes them to tumble.

Which bases? Does this explain the triangles?

In regards to bullet speed being reversely analogous to water penetration you could read this:
Ballistic waves in high-speed water entry - http://www.me.utexas.edu/~longoria/research/papers/Lee1997.pdf
(I haven't read it myself though)

or watch this:
Mythbusters Bullet Proof Water -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1uaLWAZXfk

(never thought I'd be sharing mythbusters as a reliable source)

As for the underwater bases perhaps this book could prove useful:
"Underwater and Underground Bases" by Richard Sauder.
There are some videos of him on youtube but I don't know if he covers the subject of underwater bases in any of them.
What triangles are you referring to?

One of the five olympic rings failed to open during the winter olympic opening ceremony.

The technician responsible for the failure, Borris Avdeyevο, was found dead with multiple stab wounds.
Speaking on the case the official investigator said:
"Sure there were stab wounds and bruises all over the body, but who knows what caused them. Maybe he tripped and fell on a set of knives. Right now we're ruling this an accidental death.
It's terrible when accidents like this happen. But then again, maybe Mr. Avdeyev should have thought twice before he screwed up the Olympics. Accidents tend to happen to people who betray Russia. "

Link that verifies both events and statements (don't know how reliable it is)
http://seattleweeklynews.wordpress.com/2014/02/08/man-responsible-for-olympic-ring-mishap-found-dead-in-sochi/

Even though the rings were not, as per usual, color coded, the ring that failed to open would correspond to the red ring in the usual arrangement.
http://i.stack.imgur.com/uhPsE.png

Red is the color of fire, blood and the lowest energetic center in the human body. It is associated with lower energies, danger, strength, power and war. Also passion, desire and determination.

It would not surprise him turning up dead. What surprises me is the method used, very sloppy. Maybe mokrie dela are slipping. And I cannot see an official making a statement like that. Internally we all know such things happen.

Question for Ed033, when time permits.

I know you have a pretty outstanding understanding of common law, although I think this falls under contract law.

Hypothetically, if I owed a bank money, and that bank wasn't able to regain the funds and was forced to onsell the debt, to a debt collection agency, do I legally owe the debt collector the cash. I mean I signed no contract with the debt collectors stating I would repay them any cash, and so have not accepted any responsibility to pay.

Obviously can't expect you to walk me through every detail, but any information would be greatly appreciated

Melbourne CFC

{Ed033's Note - You have it correct. When it is sold on, the alleged debt is forgiven. Therefore if a debt collection agency sends you a letter asking for money, you can ask them to please send you the contract that binds you to pay them or their 'client'. The debt collection agency will typically write to you multiple times before giving up.

I would be quite interested in this also. I stupidly got a flash car out on finance when I was going through a bad patch in my life. The repayments were extortionate, however, after years of having a mortgage on a house I was used to paying out ridiculous amounts on material things.

Without getting too deep into it, I suppose you will realise and come to your own conclusion.

I was paying a house mortgage for a number of years but got out of it by having to sell up. Finding myself with extra disposable income and having my head messed up a bit, I decided to be stupid and have a stupid material object to fill a certain void.

I realised it was ridiculous on my part paying this amount every month and decided to basically give the car back. I am now stuck with a 7k deficit that I am supposed to pay?
