looks a good program starting on sky 1 next Friday at 9 pm, called revolution, its a American post-apocalyptic science fiction television drama, an unknown phenomenon disabled electricity on the planet and effectively all devices powered by it, ranging from computers and electronics to car and jet engines. People were forced to adapt to a world without electricity. Due to the collapse of government and public order, many areas are ruled by warlords and militias. looks good.

Seen the trailer a few times on picktv. For me the start will be the most interesting. Its more fascinating to see how society collapses than how it adapts.

Just read the thread on global warming a bit further down and it's certainly a hot topic (sorry, couldn't resist!)

But here's something to consider.

In 1988 Thatcher founded the Intergovernmental Panel for Climate Change.

Their job wasn't to research climate change, but to prove global warming was man made. She campaigned tirelessly to governments around the world that the earth was getting hotter, and that C02 emissions and industry was responsible.

She was a huge advocate of nuclear power, had well documented issues with Britains coal industry and a reluctance to rely on middle eastern oil or Russian gas.

She basically told a massive lie, with no significant scientific evidence to support her claims. But given her scientific background, people believed her.

In 2003 she reversed her opinion. Writing in her book, Statecraft, she said she very much doubts that global warming is man made, and that solar activity and other natural factors are responsible.

What I find incredible is nobody seems to care.

Just another example of how the worlds leaders can manipulate the masses to achieve their goals.

Joe

hey edd and guys I have just watched the new Ben affleck movie Argo online, its a very tense and great movie in my opinion plus it mentions topics of the conspiracy site about Hollywood being connected to the CIA.

Boozy82
Not a bad movie, yes it shows about the government/ CIA connections, however, it is very pro-America. Bit of a double conspiracy method there lol

I disagree boozy in the movie it tells of the puppet regime put in by the usa and how conniving the cia is and how cold they are, I guess I can not put the link on here for the movie, if you add me on my twitter account @cush42 it will be on there.

Yeah it does mention at the start about the CIA lead Coup, but to give a true portrayal of the basis of the movie I really think they should have delved a bit deeper into how and why the Yanks were there in the 1st place. It just seemed a bit one sided for my liking, making a hero story for the CIA and of course making the Iranians seem like the bad guys

I do not think the CIA come out well at all mate, they were going to leave there man stranded in case of bad publicity but I take your point more of what the shah did to the people might have been better, but for a Oscar winning movie its not the american comes to the rescue tripe we normally get.

In my research there is no Aliens of modern times, only advanced tech tptb have, for example the space shuttle was designed in the 1930, maybe even before that.
point being the stuff we get is very old.

when folk think they see a UFO is it just that, an unidentified object which is something they can't Identify with.

Global warming causes climate change. Rise in ocean temperatures leads to melting ice, melting ice leads to fresh water mixing with salt water and changing currents. The Gulf Stream, for example, is a current that directs warm water to northern Europe from the Gulf of Mexico. By doing so, the Gulf Stream makes temperatures in Great Britain and the rest of northwestern Europe warmer than they otherwise would be. As global temperatures rise, Arctic ice melts and massive amounts of fresh water pour into the North Atlantic and slow the Gulf Stream down. By slowing or stopping this ocean current, global warming actually would cool Europe down dramatically.

Come on get a grip we have long winters yes but look at other places like Russia and then try and complain, considering how far north the UK is we get off lightly because of the jet stream.

I remember an old guy I used to work with who told me the hottest summer he could recall was when it snowed for one day in June.

It's the weather and for a country that does not have much (again look at Russia and the US for what weather really is) I don't know why we make a big deal out of it.

Hi all, here is a talk that was recently brought to my attention.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ctUecTdPEO0

It's always a pleasure listening to someone with both a grasp of our situation and the ability to communicate it clearly.

I don't think there are many solutions for our problems, but non-participation often seems like the only way to hit them where it hurts.

There are many many layers to the onion. Take it as deep or as shallow as you want. pea

Big winners from the budget? The same people who screwed the worlds economies up, who were bailed out all over the world by Governments, and who refuse to lend to small business to boost investment. The Banks. Osbourne's 20% loan to home buyers is a smokescreen. You find 5% first. They then loan you 20%.
The government will have to borrow this money from, who? The banks. You will then have to borrow 75% of the purchase price, from who, the banks. Neo con capitalism, look after your friends. and they look after you. What next FEMA type camps to quell the populace when they waken up? We are sleepwalking into a nightmare. But Ant and Dec are back on a Saturday so that's all right! GJ

Must check if it's on the tv player. There's a good piece on Democray Now with Arundhati Roy. She has been outspoken against the war from day one and continues to do so. Her speech from 2003 in New York is outstanding and I would urge anyone who has not seen it to do so. I'm being a little biased as I've had the hots for her since I read her book 20 years ago :-).

Just wondering your thoughts on freemasonry or Freemasons in general.

Jimmy J. D

{Ed033's Note - Any freemason below the 33rd degree in scottish rite isn't going to experience/notice any evil conspiracy within their lodge, I would have thought.

Not Registered
Thanks for the reply ed but what about the 33rd degree masons in each individual lodge do u think they are involved in anything or is it just nonsense.

. I believe I'm right when I say the 33rd degree is know as 'filling the dead mans shoes' as you can only become a 33rd degree Mason when another one passes away?

{Ed033's Note - There are allegedly degrees above the 33rd known as the illuminati degrees. You cant be a 33rd degree unless you're considered royalty (by bloodline).

An analogy could be made with MPs, whereby only a few MPs ever go to Bilderberg meetings. And Bilderberg meetings are only low level meetings in the greater scheme of things. High level Freemasons may go to low these type of low level meetings.

I think freemasonry is only bad at the very top, as with most similar organisations, it seems as though for people at the bottom, the Freemasons do a lot of good, but when you get nearer the top, the bad side starts to come out.

I agree with lp only at the very top, my mother in laws feller is a freemason and he is pretty high up regionally he is a decent feller and at grass roots levels they do a lot of good, we have chatted about my beliefs not in labeling everyone freemason corrupt but like lp mentioned the top, obviously he want mention what they do, he calls it business behind closed doors which I believe is harmless.

There is 360 degree's, only EVER a few get there, hence the word the full circle, at the 3rd degree you're a grand master, my grandfather was a grandmaster which is just about networking and supporting each others businesses, remember the last matrix movie, the doors and floors when neo (One) went to find the Architect well this is about the structure of free masons.

Now look at the word freemasons? what does it mean? look at it! masons build things, remember the bilderberg group? These are builders of society.
Bob the builder, lol
obama's "yes you can"

bilderberg was never named after a hotel, they owned the hotel and changed the name before they let us know about the so called secret meetings there, do you see how it works, they let us find it out by design.

I was wondering if ed033 or anyone else here could explain something for me. Watched slavery by consent last night, looks like ye have me hooked guys. The part where the woman Irene refuses to allow herself be 'judged'. I'm fine with that as i've seen others comment on strawman, etc. The part i'm hoping someone can help with is what was shown next. A guy signs a contract to accept her 3 billion dollar debt. What was going on here as I couldn't figure it out. Thanks in advance.

Captain Needa

{Ed033's Note - It looks to me that a police officer asks her to sign a piece of paper and she is saying that it will cost him 3 billion for her to sign it, to which he agrees. Possibly in her mind, if he is not after her for committing a natural law crime, then he must be attempting to contract with her, not as a limited liability police officer but as an unlimited commercial liability man. She makes the offer of 3 billion and he accepts it.

Slavery by consent

frankyscouser
Yeh I go along with that, another thing the more I see of Stephen fry as we talked about before v for vendetta movie the more I think he is like the character of the movie Gordon Deitrich a upper class actor who has a social conscious, as for the land of the free (usa) I would put plenty of money in a bet that fox news never admit to the public that they have more slaves sorry prisoners than those mad dictators from china to iran, like I have always said the western alliance has the best propaganda machine in the world.

I was familiar with many areas this film covers, probably as many people are (or at least many people who think freely and visit sites such as this). However, even with this knowledge, I continue to pay taxes, speeding fines etc. To be completely and ashamedly honest, I do this because my standard of living (generally speaking) is good. The world is growing ever darker, and it's clear that this will continue. Maybe it HAS to, as it's only when the masses feel that they cannot go on or even survive that they will say "Enough of this" en masse.
Now that's a tragic prediction, but probably a real one
Geestar71

{Ed033's Note - The parasite that has attached itself to us all won't stop and will keep making up new ways to extract money from us. Next it's placing Smart Meters on all buildings and charge for when electricity / gas / water is used so that between 9am and 5pm you are charged 4 x the rate than between 1am and 9am for example. This is already happening

Then after they've finished brainwashing people that we're running out of energy, Energy Inspectors will visit all residents and force you to upgrade your house and appliances to being energy efficient and if you don't upgrade, your house will be condemned and you will be thrown out of it.

Then they'll come back and force you to install solar power or have your house condemned and you will be thrown out of it for not being energy efficient.

Apparently forcing people to raise their houses a few inches for no reason has recently happened next to Bohemian Grove in San Francisco, America. And those that couldn't afford it or refused were thrown out of their houses because the houses were condemned.

Then they'll try again with a global tax like the carbon tax. So it doesn't matter how well off people are now, they won't be later on.

Was wondering what people's feeling towards Area 51 are and what there actually is inside and around, watched a few program's which have got me thinking about it

frankyscouser
Area 51 was the first thing I was really in to in the 1980s read a lot about it subscribed to a sci fi publication every month, right my take on area 51, I do think there was a craft in new mexico in the 40s and was probably took to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, then when they acquired area 51 in the 50s they took the disc and successfully done reverse engineering . I am open minded about bob lazar and john lear claims in other words I believe in some of the stuff they are saying but not all, I do not think anything suspicious is going on there now because it is to public, to be honest I find dulce more interesting than area 51.

If you do have an interest in area 51 you should also delve into the stories of Dulce Air Force Base. As Franky mentions it can be a lot more interesting. I also accept Area 51 was where testing and back engineering of peculiar craft has taken place. Being part of the large Nevada Test Site, Area 51 was always going to be cloaked in some form secrecy from its inception. While this may have had nothing to do with aliens at first it certainly was because of the people working there. It's possible many of the Germans (not all were Nazis) brought over via project paper clip were eventually put to work in places like Area 51. Their area of expertise after all was mainly in the advancements they made in aerial flight and weaponry. Wernher Von Braun wasn't the only German whose ideas were coveted by the victors. As great as NASA thought hey were with him the methods employed by Korolev for the USSR brought better results. As a believer in other advanced lifeforms I see some truth in the claims made by the likes of Lazar and Lear. However, I also accept hey could also be fed outlandish falsities to make everything seem ridiculous. When you consider some of the ways Governments do business with each other in documents on Wikileaks it isn't beyond belief that agreements have been made with entities who are more advanced than us.

I agree, anything going on now in Area 51 will be us black technology although I do think something has gone on there decades ago. Dulce air base intrigues me, I'm sure there are ex-employee accounts of ET's working together with humans in the apparent underground airbase. Denver airport worry's me, apparently massive underground space all completed by seperate contractors so no one knew the full plans, symbolism everywhere to prophecy, freemasonry, slavery, tptb, death, mind control and disease to name just a few.
Which is the air base in America which has strange and unusual paintings/ carvings of strange creatures and so forth on rocks nearby? Also there is a massive restricted airspace/air base in Australia use by the US but I forget the name of it, certainly seems like some strange stuff going on there.
