No haven't heard of it, but i thought after the war all the MI's were shut down apart from 5 and 6, although i believe 10 carried on as well under a different name as it was just comm's.

You would imagine the security services would monitor news channels, but the BBC is a very large organistaion, does he mean that they also run Cbeebies?

I've been to school, maybe you have as well. There is only enough education going on so that people know just enough to do a job at work.
