Roscojef there is a huge amount of disinfo out there on the subject. For example there is a theory that the KGB supplied the 50lb bomb to the IRA to kill Mountbatten. Another version of that story has the KGB getting it from a British source. Another more widely known theory is that it was a MI6 hit that the IRA took credit for. The guy who supposedly did it was in police custody 70 miles away at the time and was convicted on forensic evidence. I'm not saying any of the above is true or untrue (except the last bit). But the main thing is to read a lot and make your own mind up.

I'm not doubting anyone here but I'm quite shocked on the IRA to be honest!
Never heard of that until yesterday. The CIA is obvious and Mossad/Hamas makes sense.
Got a lot of reading to catch up on so if anyone has any links they could share I'd appreciate it, to save me browsing for hours. Thanks in advance.

On one hand you've got a bunch of religious fanatics out on a mission from God who don't care who they kill and on the other you've got a bunch of fanatics from a death cult who don't care who they kill. neither are willing to back down, have powerful backers and like killing people so its a recipe for disaster.

I think it would be more accurate to say the IRA was penetrated by MI6, but loyalist groups such as the UVF were often working in collusion with the security forces/army. The Dublin & Monaghan bombings in '74 would be the most notorious of these alliances, You might also want to do a search on the Glennane gang. There is plenty of reading out there on the subject Jack, you'll need a lot of time as it is labyrinthine and confusing but oddly fascinating too.

Not sure on MI6 but intelligence services are usually cash heavy enterprises and fund terrorist/ revolutionary/ freedom fighters.

For example CIA in Colombia, KGB with the ANC, IRA and others.

The IRA was funded from a lot of sources, including certain wealthy Americans and the KGB. So good of MI6 to fund the chairmens drinks cabinet.

I'm not up to date on this either so done some light research this morning on Zionism. If you put in utube "Jews against Zionism and Rothschild". its a 15 minute clip of Jews explaining the difference between Jews and Zionism.
Very good so u have facts and not going on media controlled hatred towards a faith.
Also got me thinking about hitlers attitude over Jews and if it is as it says it is over the years and if you believe what this web page says then it will surprise you.

I also think its imperative that we keep a open mind on this and not to believe the news. I for one were very angry watching Israelites cheering on the bombing and I we're cursing them. So as I do before I judge I get both versions and was surprised the Jews condemning this atrocity and supporting Palestine
