Just read the Shane Todd story, nothing surprises me, he prob stumbled on new technology that either he did not agree with or selling it on, who knows, to me thou if I was a important person and wanted a person dead the last thing I would do is try to make it look like suicide, would it not be a lot easier hiring a hit man and make it look like a robbery? or maybe its a blatant attempt to everyone that crosses them, look what we can do.

To the last post john paul 2nd for the last two years of he's life was very very ill so you still think he was calling the shots? of course not the Vatican advisers would be making important decisions so sorry that's why I find it strange, as for the nazi links and child sex accounts I would need more evidence before I decided but like I mentioned this is very strange.

Lads all this bull is coming from a guy who styles himself the ITCCS (International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State). Now there is no doubting that the child abuse was horrific and people should be held accountable, but, to start believing wild stories from one guy (who also attacks the crown of England, in the same way) on the net is a bit much. I believe that he has resigned for the reasons he wrote about years ago. If a person is not up to the job mentally or physically they should resign. There are a lot of politicians out there who should take those sentiments on board instead of clinging on for the easy money for so long. I'm the first to go along with most so called conspiracy theories, when the facts don't add up. But in this case I just see people looking for reasons that are non existent. As a case in point when it was announced last week the tv made an issue of mentioning his days in the Hitler Youth, as did Fox (unfair & one-sided) News. However, over here in Ireland no mention of it was made because of course we don't have a hang up about Germany :-). {Ed001's Note - the thing is, that pope did have a track record of working to help Nazi war criminals escape justice after the war. He is also the man who was in charge of covering up child sex offences. So there is a lot of fact in that 'bull'.}

I remember discussing this a while back with the Mrs. Ben Mitchell pops into my head for some reason, may be because he just looks like a creep tho

Gordo I wrote the post last week I think, I have not got a clue what's going on but I find it very strange that the first time in history I think there is a no fly area with all this ash then nothing its gone as quiet as hell, no followup story nothing, when supposedly mother nature does something we try to gain more knowledge and prepare if it ever happens again or send in a load of scientist, but its like it has never happened, very very strange.

Hey Franky thanks mate, i'm a catholic too but never practice. Religion does nothing for me I don't believe in it anymore, it was rammed down our throats in school, I think that helped to my non belief of it now. If you go to Stuart Wildes website you can see a number of articles on the popes situation at the moment. I've never known a pope to resign myself either it is absolutely unheard of however ill the respective pontiff has been. Cheers for your reply Franky, much appreciated,
