Hi Adam, yes I noticed that myself. I used to think there were two sides fighting for Globalisation. No longer. They are all one side. It was always planed to fail, not sure what's next but there will be Hyper inflation, food shortage destruction of markets and currency and one will blame the other. The UN will step in and offer a solution to save mankind. Obviously ending in a one world Government.

The Telegraph - There is no sign of a second coronavirus wave, experts have said as new Office for National Statistics (ONS) figures showed that deaths are just 1.5 per cent above the five-year average and tracking on a normal trajectory for the time of year.

Some text if refused entry without a mask:

If you discriminate against somebody for not wearing a mask, you could receive a £9000 fine under the Equality Act 2010.

It's an offence to ask for proof of medical exemption.

Government Guidelines state that you should not challenge members of the public for proof of medical exemption.

Members of he public are not required to display a lanyard or proof of exemption from a G.P.

Refusing entry based upon a disability is an offence which you are personally liable for.

Company policy does not supercede the Equality Act 2010.

Legal Action will be taken against those who discriminate against somebody with a medical exception, which carries a fine from £900 to £9000.

So compared to jogging, walking burns more fat, hmm ok, any activity that burns fat will help keep you healthy as it will keep your bmi down, so in away "burning fat doesn't in its self make you healthier " is rubbish, you may be healthier even more if you do high intensity training as well as jogging but jogging will help keep you healthy in that it will help keep you at a healthy weight, imagine somebody over weeight saying they are only really intrested in jogging and your advice being safe exercise is a misnomer and won't make you healthier

Only thing jogging does is get the blood flowing, other than that, like ed said. it's not good enough, HIIT is best for fitness.

Thank you for your replies.

I did question how it ties in with conspiracy, but I posted anyway since this is a great site full of thinkers who may have some useful info.

That said, I do wonder if perhaps there is a case of miss-info related to exercise in general. Some people seem adamant that jogging is bad for you and yet it is generally considered a healthy activity.

Adam, most athletes don't jog anymore. They use a 3-speed variety routine (walk/jog/sprint), interchanging between them continuously and without a fixed sequence.

Ed001, I don't know of any conspiracy involving jogging but I do know one about shoes. I am only writing this as you mentioned knee problems in your reply to Adam.

The majority of shoe sole materials (wood, rubber etc. ) are natural insulators. In this way, wearing shoes keeps people from being electromagnetically grounded. If one is not regularly grounded, then the charge in their body increases. Other than making people extra irritable and irritating, this also results in the body becoming an excellent conductor to all the disharmonious and thus hazardous frequencies emitted by commercial electronics.

Additionally, they also impede the body from moving as designed. Shoes begin by deforming the feet. Furthermore, during walking or running they place extra pressure on the knee joints, as they restrict the movement of the ankle joints.
With the knee cartilage having to counterbalance the extra force, the body compensates by attempting to alleviate some of the weight above the knee joint. It does so by moving upper body weight off the axis of gravity. This causes the lower-spine to bend backwards, producing lower back problems and pain. Taller shoe heels mean more lower back problems.
Eventually the higher-spine/neck bends forwards trying to maintain the head on the gravity axis.

I think it was filmed in a studio and the idea was that they had birds imported to make it look realistic (as the scene was supposed to be in the great outdoors).

The DVD release, in HD, showed a bird in the background, but the VHS version is different and in my opinion looks nothing like one.

I don't buy it Ed, it's just hanging there. There is no way it could be. Check the VHS version and you will see. Here is a good video which proves it was not photoshopped in.
