What people at work should get is that they're already in an agreement with their employer and the employer can't alter the current agreement without the employees' agreement.

Can you imagine the agreement you sign stating you get paid £30 an hour and 4 weeks holiday and then your employer saying later, 'actually you get £10 an hour and 3 weeks holiday?

So if the current employment agreement doesn't say you must wear a mask or take a vaccine when told to, people can tell them they're sticking with the original agreement.

However, to avoid controversy, you can send the employer a Notice of Conditional Acceptance:

9. Evidence that it is not a crime ancillary to genocide to collaborate with government policy, which has already resulted in hundreds of thousands of deaths in care homes and hospitals.

10. Evidence that the government has not relied upon fraudulent data to frighten the population into fearful compliance with its legally unenforceable diktats."

That's because the newborn baby is in a condition of double breath at the time of birth. First of all he gets oxygen and nutrients through the umbilical cord. Now the question: why do drugs need fresh placenta and umbilical cord?

Costly medical and cosmetic preparations are made from their fabrics. This is one of the main reasons why medical practice doesn't want people at home to give birth in a comfortable and familiar atmosphere. If more and more people did it anyway, drugs would lose an important source of income.
