What people at work should get is that they\'re already in an agreement with their employer and the employer can\'t alter the current agreement without the employees\' agreement.

Can you imagine the agreement you sign stating you get paid £30 an hour and 4 weeks holiday and then your employer saying later, \'actually you get £10 an hour and 3 weeks holiday?

So if the current employment agreement doesn\'t say you must wear a mask or take a vaccine when told to, people can tell them they\'re sticking with the original agreement.

However, to avoid controversy, you can send the employer a Notice of Conditional Acceptance:

9. Evidence that it is not a crime ancillary to genocide to collaborate with government policy, which has already resulted in hundreds of thousands of deaths in care homes and hospitals.

10. Evidence that the government has not relied upon fraudulent data to frighten the population into fearful compliance with its legally unenforceable diktats.\"
