An aid to the spiritual evolution of mankind, you might say.
Imagine there were a hidden force that had been leaving such 'clues' for us throughout our known (manipulated) history. From the codified knowledge in the design of pyramids and ancient temples, to the deeper meaning hidden beneath the surface of ancient scriptures, to the 'predictive programming' we see around us today.
I've not posted for a long while but I'd like to thank Ed033 and SM and others as I've been reading the site recently and they've helped in my personal spiritual evolution more than they will ever know.

16 Sep 2016 09:22:21 Read a little about hidden history recently. Evidence suggests that our ancestors were so far advanced of us, even today, that it implies that a) they had help from life forms from other planets and/ or b) much of the knowledge they had has been suppressed and hidden from us.
For instance, the ancient Sumerians had inlays of the solar system with all the planets in order and to scale. Yet we only discovered Pluto less than 100 years ago apparently!

14 Sep 2016 17:50:27 Precisely, the continent of Africa is a great example of a location given vast sums of money in aid and hand outs yet seems no closer to achieving a reasonable standard of life for it's inhabitants. Foreign aid is more of a bribe for dictators and/ or public officials to retain the status quo I. e. The profits from natural resources going to powerful western interests whilst the locals see none of the benefits. A token gesture is made here and there as an illusion that the aid is being put to good effect but in reality its a tiny fraction of the overall funds which are sent.
A friend of mine is reading a book that details how many of the areas of worst poverty in the world are places which were at one time invaded/ colonised by western powers. The reason for this being that economic and political systems were put in place which act to skim off the profit from natural and other resources (including the banking system) for our ruling elite. We can see this being put in place today in the middle east, as an example. This is why the need for foreign aid to bribe and maintain these systems across the world.
Apologies for going slightly off tangent with regards foreign aid but its a similar process as with major charities. The money is primarily to bribe (or pay large salaries and bonuses to) top level officials (or senior management) into maintaining the status quo, which is what benefits the elite.
In terms of charities, I would like to convince my work colleagues that when we raise money for comic relief, for instance, it would be of more benefit to raise the same amount of money but give it direct to an independent local cause (where we get to see the benefit) rather than to the senior officials who run major national charities.
One final point. Regardless of whether its charity funds or foreign aid (tax payers money) we, the ordinary people are made to feel guilty for the mess caused by the elite across the world, so that we happily hand over our money for these worthy causes! And that makes us feel warm and fuzzy for a short while because we feel we 'made a difference' - until the next charity or cause comes knocking.
14 Sep 2016 18:09:14 All we know for sure is that she has been hiding her lack of physical/ mental fitness for the job. This implied to me that her backers a'r desperate enough to get her, specifically, into power that they had to lie. Why that is can only be speculation.
I always thought Clinton was due to win and the whole point of having a nut case like Trump as the other option was to make her look the lesser of 2 evils. I may well be wrong though as I totally mis-called the result of the EU referendum. If I am correct - then I like Ed33's suggestion about the vice president being a groomed puppet who takes over when she gets ill or worse. If she still runs and wins I will be intrigued to see who gets the VP position.
14 Sep 2016 18:03:44 Only just started looking into it, what an interesting theory. Personally I think many of the examples can be explained rationally by many of us having the same false memories from a younger age e. g. Assuming a famous actor had already died because he hadn't made any films for a long time, or thinking that parts of the world map had changed because many of us looked at similar simplified (inaccurate) maps made for children, in our youth. Yet there are other examples that cannot be explained as rationally. And there have been times where I thought I remembered an event happening differently only to find out I was wrong, which freaks you out at the time.
I'm not sure about the whole altering of time notion (mainly as it goes over ny head) but certainly an interesting theory and worthy of more investigation from me.
Its been a while since I read 1984 (Orwell) but I'm sure the main character describes this very same feeling, that he's being told that world events happened differently to how he remembered them. I will have to dig the book out again.
13 Sep 2016 13:13:01 A major percentage gets taken by the high level management positions within the organisation, board members etc. If pushed, the charity would probably argue that these guys expertise and work ethic is a necessary cost but I would disagree at the extent required. What is left over in many cases is spent on projects which don't actually benefit the people - no doubt some backhanders are taken here.
I'm no expert but this is what I remember reading a while back.
Its a similar scam to foreign aid I. e. That the money is used to pay off officials and diplomats (effectively a bribe to maintain the status quo), with very little ending up benefitting the ordinary person in whichever country.

It was made illegal largely due to the value of hemp in industry, which was in danger of taking profits away from those who controlled the nylon and paper industries, among others. Similarly the medical benefits of thc would take away profits from the pharma companies and so on. It may also be demonized due to its perceived association with free thought - which tptb clearly do not abide the idea of.
The plant is naturally occurring and easy to grow, which major industries don't like because there's no money to be made!
Like all substances there are dangers, smoking any substance for instance is likely to have medical effects, dependant on dosage etc.
I use it recreationally and have done for many years. I see far less issues for society (and far more benefits) than with alcohol for instance. If there were any justice it would be decriminalised and people given education about the pro's and con's Imo.
