Hey Eds and fellow posters, hope everyone is well.
Just wanted your take on something. I was speaking to a colleague at work, formally in the dental industry for quite a number of years. The conversation turned into one about fluoride. I stopped using toothpaste containing it many years ago. I use fluoride free for my children too. However, my colleague mentioned that taken in large quantities, yes, harmful, but the amounts in toothpaste is small and is safe for children - its best to use with. Surely, overtime it all builds up and can cause issues. What are your thoughts?

I use a natural, fluoride-free toothpaste, too. IMO the less toxic substances you have in your body, all the better. The mouth (and ALL of the body) has a finely balanced microbiome that is crucial for maintaining your health. It is worth studying and understanding this and what works to maintain the natural balance. A lot of the time substances used to wipe out the bad also wipes out the good.

Thanks, Ed032. Appreciate the response. Totally agree, that the less toxic substances we use, the better. Can be hard to find due to most things containing a lot of rubbish chemicals etc. Wonder if there is a comprehensive listing of organic, natural, non-toxic products available for all kinds of things - i've searched, but haven't found one yet. Hopefully, Ed032, you may know or a fellow poster?
{Ed032's Note - For a "comprehensive listing of organic, natural, non-toxic products available for all kinds of things" I suggest that you start to study 'herbs', KDIRJB. Easy to grow and natures remedy to most things. I would also suggest starting to grow your own vegetables too. Make sure you get organic seeds and grow in pots if there isn't much room. Herbs can be grown on a windowsill. It is not the best time of year to start growing things, now. But this will give you plenty of time to start planning. An easy place to start would be tomatoes, carrots, beetroot, beans (French/runner) maybe some garlic, ginger and kale would be good, also.

A number countries in Europe have apparently stopped putting fluoride in the water, but it appears that the UK government has expanded it recently to be in everyone's water supply in UK. Only specialised filters or distilling can remove the fluoride. Distilling might be the better option to remove 100%, but to get 4 litres of distilled water using a normal 750 watt distiller takes between 4-5 hours.
{Ed032's Note - I never consume anything other than distilled water (with a pinch of Celtic salt) these days.

Interesting if this is true Ed033. What can be done to halt the expansion in the UK and totally remove from the entire water supply. I'd like to distill, but not sure how or what to do to achieve this - specialist equipment?
{Ed032's Note - Search for a 'water distiller' they are usually 4 litres and you want to get a glass 4 litre jug with it. It is basically a low power kettle with a carbon filter. You can also get gravity distillers or a reverse osmosis distiller. I have the kettle style distiller myself. M9ney well spent IMO.

KDIRJB. Maybe I went slightly off topic to your OP and although I still suggest researching herbs and grow8ng your own, here are a few things to look into regarding dental health.
None of this is medical advice.
Dant Kanti - Ayurvedic toothpaste
Coconut oil- oil pulling. A technique to draw out toxins from the gums. Use as a mouth rinse and spit out but not down a plughole as it congeals and blocks things.
Sodium Bicarbonate- add to toothpaste as a mild abrasive. Alkaline in nature.
Whole cloves - Many medicinal properties. Chew or use as a sweet alternative.
Dragons blood. A tree sap. Has many medicinal properties
Pearl powder. Allegedly where pearly whites comes from.
Diluted iodine- mouth rinse. Use lugols.
These are some things for you to do your own research on their properties.

On the surface, I agree. On the flipside, this is a well written speech to be made by someone closely connected to the hierarchy and would be viewed by those that sleep to be genuine and praised upon.
Yes, being drawn to a screen and obsessed with what it says is a big problem. The thing is is there is absolute truth being feed into those screens that would otherwise never be viewed.
As far as I am aware, nothing in school has ever taught me about the outside realm and how to go about things. It has all been indoctrination to simply comply with a satanic system that strips away ones soul and spirit and to fit into the aforementioned system.
Nothing was ever taught to me to be a free-thinker and assess things for myself. I was told how things are and were. You were punished for thinking beyond this concept.

Sorry I didn't give a more responsive reply, KDIRJB. I just feel like the supposed people alleged here, are all a part of the same club and as much as this guy knows, he is either; very clever at putting on a show, or, has no idea about what is 'actually' going on.
Now, this is just my opinion and I doubt any soul will dissuade me otherwise. I have just seen too much to have any faith in any of the current 'systems' currently in place as they are all controlled by the very satanic, elite few.
If 'world peace' was ever a thing on any agenda, then you (universal) would not be making money out of selling bombs to lob onto innocent women and children. End of. This would only be done if you care not for anything other the a LE agenda.

My personal view when I think about all that is going on, is that, from deep down, everything will work out in a positive way for all - i.e, all these criminal's and their assoiates being fully exposed and one way or another be brought to justice. This downward spiral has to stop/end at some point and hopefully, that'll be in our life time.
{Ed032's Note - Nothing like a positive vibe being put out into the realm, and I do concur but I may be coming from a slightly different angle. Not that either, or, angle is the right one. I am just saying. But, yes, at the end of the day, evil souls will always fail as the truth will out them.
It is good that people in high positions make these statements at government level, much like the one you posted. You often have the polish representatives at EU meetings telling the realm how things are. The problem is this never makes any mainstream news, does it? Now I know this post/speech you shared has rippled into more western lowkey media, but don't you think it strange you had to find it on an African media post? Why is that?
I want to state that Africa is an amazing country. Never had the luck to visit although I once had the opportunity to climb Mt Kilimanjaro, though I could not afford the cost of equipment. It was for charity, so shame I couldn't go.
Africa is arguably the richest mineral continent of this realm. If there was no proxy wars and they banded together, they could be the forerunners of the realm. Makes you realise why there are proxy wars there, right? and horribly malicious ones at that.

Seems rather odd that this has happened to all (may be others we don't know about as yet), so far, within a space of a week or so.
