Thanks Ed033. I will definitely check out the Altrient Liposomal Vitamin C. I do already take a multivitamin, not advertising, but if allowed to state, it's the Naturelo brand - Multivitamin for Men. Though if anyone has other suggestions on multivits, then I'll look into it.
Been given a course of anti-biotics, which i'm loathed to take, but right now - think i'll have too.
Even though I did say that I think the LE have something to do with this in my previous message, I seriously hope I'm wrong, that this is not a bioweapon and down to something natural.
Btw, from a test conducted earlier in the week, the results came back late this afternoon. They called it Haemophius influenza!

So, my family and I have this, as reported in certain quarters, the "highly contagious" '100-day cough' (or Whooping Cough). We've had it for what seems to be a good number of weeks, and is, quite frankly, draining.
We've tried honey, tumeric, ginger and some other health products, but seems to just linger.
Can anyone recommend a good health product / supplement that may help alleviate this cough? Thanks in advance.
Btw, I think the LE has something to do with this spread.

Thanks for your response Ed033. Yes, thinking about it more, there is no getting away from it, unless moving to the outback in the remotest region.
Yes, contacted a few people who may know about tuning down the 'smart' feature to make it dumb. I'll let you know if it works + in the meantime, i'm also thinking of buying some wire mesh. I've seen a video which makes it look very straight forward to build a home made mini faraday cage!

Is anybody able to provide help please. I'm not technically minded when it comes to telecoms issues so any assistances is greatly appreciated,
My landline recently transitioned to Digital Voice (DV) meaning that the analogue/copper is no longer in use. Never asked for it, and totally against this. Anyway, my telecoms provider sent me a new hub ('Smart hub') I might add. It's the only way my landline is going to work and my elderly mum uses this method to contact her relatives and friends. As soon as I put it in place, I felt a few tingles in my fingers and arms. Was thinking of putting the hub in a mini faraday cage/box (if one is available).
Looks like all telecoms providers are moving in this direction for '2030' is there an alternative where I can keep analogue?
Is there a way to protect my family from whatever is being put out by this hub? I'd rather stay on analogue to be perfectly honest.
Has anyone else had to transition to DV? how does one configure the hub to make it 'dumb' and any other settings to ensure minimal impact please?

Totally missed it first time around. It must have been a really busy time at work when I didn't have the opportunity view all posts.

There will be so many things you could not possibly see because they are in someone else's mind. How could you? (*not Greta)" I guess it's wanting to provide a different / balanced view of the things going on from my own understanding when most (though I know quite a few people that have since seen some 'light') do still watch, listen and/or read the printed MSM BS.
I've felt for a while now, deep down, that despite everything that is going on, we'll (humanity) be alright sand those causing conflict - we all know those people- will, somehow, someway, be brought to justice.

Wow Ed032, i've tried to explain to close family and friends, some have listened, a little, some still asleep. Perhaps i've not explained it well enough....
Anyway watching and hearing it explained like the way the Dr presented it, it's so clear.

Ed's what's your take on the situation in Sudan. To me, this looks like classic attempts at regime change, looting of all valuable resources etc. These 'people - elites' (dislike this word because they are not elite) if you can call them that have created tensions all round and the people of that country are now paying for the 'games' being played.

Was speaking to a friend about the Alert (really sounds suspicious to me). Anyway, she is on a certain well known network, she didn't turn of the alert, and yet she didn't receive it. In one of the MS newspapers online, it mentioned that a lot of people on this particular network didn't receive it. Wonder why? Overload?

The emergency alert set for 23rd April (sounds very odd) does anyone know how to switch of the setting that will actually stop one from receiving the alert for android and iphone? i\'ve tried, but my settings seem to be greyed out for the notifications and set to receive.

A friend of mine mentioned that at her son\'s primary school, between Slough and Henley-on-Thames, they\'ve had an active shooter drill, and other mum\'s she\'s been talking to at different schools within the area have had the same. Hello folks,
I need some help / suggestions with a project I want to present, or at least, bring someone else that can present.
The area of focus is security awareness. The presentation will be business wide (including C-suite and Board members) and the topic is social engineering.
Quote \"Social Engineering (just in case some folks are unaware) attacks are designed to focus on various aspects of human nature and take advantage of them. Though not everyone will succumb to every attack, most are still vulnerable to one or more of the following - Intimidation, Authority, Consensus\" and so on and so forth. This is what I feel is going on today, A massive, global wide, social engineering attack from all angles and covering all parts of the social engineering principles.
Now, usually, and in most cases, this topic is centred on the \'run of the mill\' categories like phishing, spam, identity theft etc. What would be great to bring into the conversation are areas focusing on is CV19, Smart Cities, Vaccines, climate change, Ukraine, A21/2030 etc, and I could go on. Bring it to people\'s minds and attention as to how they\'ve been manipulated into thinking (and other things) certain ways about these topics, without that conspiracy tag by showing evidence (if possible) of the truth. It\'s a really difficult one, and will be controversial no doubt. It\'ll be one for presentation in the future, but one that definitely needs to happen, ensuring all topics are covered off from all angles.
Help and suggestions on how to prep, present and really help people understand the overall picture and how the areas combine with each other would be very much appreciated.
