Hey guys got a few points to bring up.
I am an avid reader of 9gag (stupid pics etc.) and recently downloaded their new app 9chat, on which people can share a thought and people can reply etc. much like this site. An interesting topic came up as to what would happen if ISIS took over the world.
Now I'm smart enough to know this is not on the agenda, and to know that it is all backed by Israel and the US hence little military involvement. I got speaking to a young man from Iraq, who coincidentally is fighting with their army. I asked to pick his brains on a few matters to which I have had a few replies.
I asked whether he knew who was backing and even who was fighting for ISIS. He replied with some information that particularly struck me, he mentioned that a lot of captured ISIS fighters are covered in tattoos. And I believe this to be against their religion which shows other involvement. Especially against Arabic traditions.
I also asked if he believed the US were behind Israel in creating ISIS. He confirmed both are involved. But I believed Israel to be the United States' toy. He states it is the other way around, which I suppose makes sense.
And finally I asked the young man as to why he thought this was happening. Without using the words Zionist he explained how it is Israel kicking up the stink in order to gain more ground in the Middle East. Which I believe has some truth to it. But he also mentioned the US are believed to be going bust, hence having to follow the Zionist plans on Israel to keep their massive financial backing up.
He then goes on to say the Arabs are particularly worried what will happen after this. They have a real sense that their world in the Middle East is to no longer exist. Whether that be done by ISIS (Israel) or the events following.
It is all I could manage to gather with no Arabic knowledge and his very little English skills. But the young man seems clued up. And I think a very interesting point in why the US are involved, what do you guys think? Plausible?
I just hope this young man and his family, friends etc are safe, at 19 to stand in the face of terror itself and fight is something I wish on nobody.
