Bit of research, 500,000 deaths per year is about the average for the UK. This 'crisis' needs to put into perspective. 500 deaths would be 1% increase on the norm. Hardly grounds to shutdown practically everything.
Secondly UK tax receipts are massively down, yet they're talking about 3 month mortgage support and 80% pay for staff? After years of Tory austerity, where is the magic money coming from?

Serious question, does anybody know anyone with confirmed coronavirus? Not sure what the end game is but the panic created by 100 or so deaths is embarrassing. 23,000 (ONS figures) winter related deaths 2018/19 and no one cared. 🤔.

Financial reset is a plausible theory. Grow another 'magic money tree' and everything is sorted. Guaranteed the super rich aren't worried, let the markets bottom out and buy stocks on the cheap. Government bail outs boost market confidence, rich get even richer. Poor become more gullible for future manipulation.
