The Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee (a group of MPs who look into issues relating to the UK constitution and civil service) has published a report which calls for the Government to scrap any plans to introduce domestic C.V.-status certification, also known as C.V. passports.
The Government has suggested that such a system, based on proof of vax or a negative test result, could help manage the disease in future, allowing the economy to reopen and social restrictions to be lifted. It is currently undertaking a review into whether (and how) such a system could be introduced.
However, the MPs on the Committee said the Government had so far failed to make the scientific case in favour of the system, and raised concerns that such a system could "disproportionately discriminate" against people on the basis of their race, religion, age or socio-economic background. They concluded plans for C.V. passports were "unnecessary" and "unjustified".

I agree with you on the ridiculous headline from beforeitsnews.com, but my take is it is click bait, and watching the video not entirely false, with good content. If you look at the life expectancy of 80+ years i would put into the category 3 to 5 years as "soon" but for click bait could be taken as hours, days, weeks or months, which is happening and in significant numbers.
They have been barefaced lying for years, and still doing it worse than ever! so if the truthers exaggerate some and it attracts new viewers great, as truthers we see lies and exaggerations everywhere even on our materials we have to fight fire with fire.
