Prices down in 6 months and when the pipeline through Iraq gets turned on then more stability in the Crude Market.

That's why the 'British' benefits system is in operation. Those poor Libyan's need to be allowed to sit on their arses, breed etc and get paid for it. Britain really is the best place to live :)
