Alright boys, last month I promised Franky and a few others that I would give a review on the state of the US from the inside as I'm visiting my fiance.
So here goes: all is normal.
I like many of you saw a lot on tv and YouTube about police brutality, martial law, tyranny etc. And I've been here for just under a month so far and have seen no evidence at all of it.
My family is fairly active politically and are aware of certain things but even they are relaxed about it all.
The only alarming thing is that there is literally no national news regarding the whitehouse or politics. Apart from that it's actually a really nice place.
I'm still moving here in the new year for good.
And one other thing, I've been here a few times now, and I've never had an issue with the TSA.
Hope everyone is good.

As the USA is a pretty big country, what state and area are you in? Have you also visited any low income neighborhoods?

Half of the country could be in a state of chaos and you wouldn't even know it. Depending on which area you are in, and in which state, your neighbouring state could be under martial law and again you probably wouldn't know it.
