Hi guys,
Just a quick one, know it's been covered, and tried to remember most the stuff at the time, but.
Today, me and the wife had a 20wk scan. (All fine, 3rd boy).
After wards, was asked if we could spare 5 mins, to answer some question from a lass who was there doing research. Ok.
It was all about fluoride. Seemingly, west Cumbria has extra fluoride in tap water, whilst north cumbria does not. She said how it's proven fluoride is good for teeth, and that's why it's in toothpaste etc. But university of Manchester, with NHS cumbria, want to check to see if it makes a difference or not in tap water. Our baby would get free checks at 3 and 5 yr old. Said no thanks, but first thought was it has been mentioned on here. Wasn't expecting anything like this whilst going for a scan.
