Whilst I'm on the page I've been thinking of a couple of subjects that I haven't heard about since they were big news in the 80's/ 90's (ish)?
The hole in the ozone layer & AIDS.
Are they just a couple of examples of topics to control our behaviour?

This whole environmental thing gets right on my wick!
Everytime they say it is one of the coldest/wettest/driest/hottest months/years/decades ever, they always say that it was colder/wetter/drier/hotter months/years/decades ago?!
Do you think back then people thought it was to do with greenhouse gases etc..?

Since the "ice-age", isn't the globe naturally getting warmer anyway?

Since ice age , earth got warm till about 1350, then it get cooler again till 1860, then global warming started again, there was decrease in global temperature from 1940s to 1970 so it's not a straight graph
