But aren't those lovely people at the world bank 'Working for a World Free of Poverty'?
{Ed033's Note - They could run an experiment whereby they give everyone in the world 18 and over the equivalent of £100,000 each and see how long it takes for them to get it all back off of us.

Ed and co
There is apparently 19 million in Syria population 2016
Decreased from roughly 20 million from 2010
Figures seem wierd
But even if every person in Syria lived in 1 million pound mansions witch they do not
the cost would be way way way less
How have they come out with 180 billion?
{Ed033's Note - Typically, governments give out no bid contracts to the elite owned companies (Kellogg Brown and Root, Halliburton etc.) and they get multiple times the money compared to what a company would get if the contracts went up for bidding.

I wish I didn't ask it's a compleat joke
But if Assad is in power Putin is his ally how would American company's gain these contract
Or is it on of the clauses of the world bank one of these company's must do it
I also see when World Cup go to country's they always build a new stadium or seem to and then a German engineering company is allways the one that does this
Surely if the Syrian people built for there country it would benifits millions of Syrians as in jobs the pride after they finished
Same goes with these country's and the World Cup.
{Ed033's Note - If they ever did rebuild Syria, it's highly likely that the Americans would get the largest contracts and other European countries would get the bulk of the rest of the rebuild contracts.

It would possibly be based on the more you bombed Syria, the larger the contract you get given.
