Just they should let the people stay there , its all red tape and because they are poor people , they will get moved on , yet they will build houses for the weathly and councils will give land away for money and to help line their own pockets , as in backhanders from big companys , we should stick up for the poor.........lfc

Sorry lfc but they should clearly just bog of back to Ireland and take the rest of them with them.

They pay no tax, contribute nothing to the economy and yet expect my hard earned wages to pay for their kids to go to school and hospital, well sorry but this sheep is making a stand baaah!

They have had ten years to find somewhere else to live and have refused to accept a single legal decision that has gone against them. Also correct me if i am wrong but the key word here is traveller. they don't seem to be doing much of it do they, camped there for 10 years with all mod cons. {Ed001's Note - exactly. They turned down the offer of perfectly good houses, purely because they say it is against their beliefs to settle down. But then they park their caravans and never move them anyway. Madness. But if you want to live in a country, you should abide by its laws or go somewhere else and that should apply to everyone.}

Exactly, but no politician has the balls ED. {Ed001's Note - they do in many other countries around the world. If you go to Australia and completely disregard the laws of the land, the planning regulations etc the way the Dale Farm residents have, you would be on the next ship home.}
