Well if you read that what is very clear is that 1) nobody really knows the reason for the name, 2) by today's standards there are way more ingredients than 7 in it and even back in the days of its inception, ingredients, if at all labelled, were not so loosely categorised in groups (that would come under 'nutritional info').
3) The chat about card/gambling things and 7 being a luck number is also debunked because he got private investors help set it up...if there 7 investors, that would have been interesting!

The reason I typed it in the first place is that I saw somewhere that it takes its name from the concept of their being 7 energy planes or Chakras that a human can master, and it is named after them... true or not, who knows.

The place int he world where you go to elevate and awaken these at least once in your life is Mecca, you walk round the central thing anti clockwise (to impersonate the direction of energy flow) 7 times. So when that answer said something to do with American bowling I laughed.

However, I have just realised it is Mecca Bingo, not bowling as far as I know, so I have just debunked my own statement , woops.

Its actually an in joke by the Illuminati to their brethern, and it refers to how many stages of the plan have been completed so for...... {Ed033's Note - In George H.W. Yeah I don't think it represented that 7 major stages had been completed but I would be happy to hear if someone thinks so, what stages?

1 Creation of United States.

2. Spreading free masonary and establishing international banking.

3. Invention of Socialism.

4. WW1

5. WW2.

6. Cold War and erosion of freedom's, control of media and politics confirmed.

7. Invention of the internet and wider moves into mainstream culture.

Yeah but you could add to that:

convince people god doesn't exist by creating acts of terror

Convince people god doesn't exist by not curing starvation and famine

Convince people there is no god by inventing the theories of evolution.

Ensuring the teachings of histories and theory of evolution is selective.

Creation of Zion.

Ed no way that is mad. Well I say that one stipulation of the Illuminati is to make sure people are aware of them. Some people say they don't exist, I fail to agree because they are not in hiding - they may do occult things and their meetings are occult, and how they run the world/or not is secret, but the fact that they exist. and what they worship, etc etc, is not at all secret, that's why we see their s**t in madona videos and celine album artwork and why films like Angels and Demons gets made, and why they will put Zion in the 2012 logo and not deny it. And people still wont believe they are up to something!

Invention of tv should be on that list, providing a means to spread subliminal messages, paranoia, and ensure the masses are dumbing down their brains. An image is more numbing than a radio report. Now we have 3d tv and film, it is even worse. Video games are playing their part now too. Look for all the illuminati signs in games, checkered floors, the single eye, etc. They are throwing it in peoples faces, as if to say yes this is happening and there is nothing you can do.

Agreed. So in summary I think we can safely say that 7Up is not named after 7 critical stages of Illuminati action plan haha.
