supasub and ed1 thats the point i was trying to make. Its not the fault of the frontline staff in public services its the fault of the management. The management is poor. Its chaotic, badly run. People i work with are complaining how the schools are messing their kids around with staff changes. I myself wasn't too happy with my recent a and e experience. There are many more. I do not blame front line teachers, nurses and police and these problems are not restricted to just public services. Look at how the banks are ran. I just think that its too much of a coincidence that virtually everything around from schools to the health service to the banks and so on are so badly ran by persons that screw things up to the detriment of the people. This mismanagement of the country goes back to thatcher and continued under blair. I'm just saying its surely not an accident that things are ran so badly. Its common sense to cut waste, unnecessary paperwork and spend money on whats needed but they never do it. Why? There's too many vested interests by the establishment in milking the system instead of doing the best they can for the people and instead front line staff take the blame.
