Liverpool and Chelsea were drawn together in the Champions Lague on purpose every year? What do ya think ed?

The fact that the draw is seeded is proof that it is fixed. This is the reason the same teams are almost always in the knockout stage.
It is also the reason Arsenal face Barca so often and Liverpool and Milan have faced each other in the Final twice with each team winning once. The decider will come sooner rather than later as it'll need to be fresh in the minds of fans. Mark my words Man City will face Barcelona in the Champions League this season too.
It's about as predictable as the weather a minute from now. Subject to change but more or less nailed on.

It is seeded so that the best teams are in the later stages so that rubbish teams from eastern europe scotland etc cannot ruin one of the greatest competitions in the world. Also recently Monaco and Porto contested a Champions League final not a box office draw
