Great post never heard of that guy before but he is on the money.

George Carlin was immense. The world is a poorer and much less funny place without him and Bill Hicks.

A famous but true saying "many a true word said in a joke"

You must've seen bill and ted franky! Bill hicks' death is still clouded by controversy, I believe he was murdered because of his time spent in waco texas. He allegedly observed the us army/swat setting fire to the shed they were in (and supposedly there were people alive inside at the time) and saw them drive a tank over the ruins just to make sure! He then suppossdly tried some stand up material based on what he had seen at a small comedy club and within a week was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer! I think dark poet is on youtube and is some of his best work.

Lino I never knew he was dead mate, to be honest I never knew who he was until last year, I might look into more about him tonight.

Does anybody know of other satirical performers who went the direction of Bill Hicks and George Carlin?
