Hi
An earlier poster talked about grounding and pain relief.

Another way to rid body pain is a keto diet. I lost 7kg in 5 days and within weeks I had no more back pain or leg pain.

If i feel the sniffles coming on or i have tooth ache/head ache, i eat some cheese and take a glass of water containing some tumeric and pepper. Tumeric is great for pain but needs the pepper and cheese to maximise the bioavailability (absorption)of the tumeric.

Cheers

PS IMHO ear wax is a indicator of body toxification. In spring and autumnn self clenses itself to change for different metabolic season upcoming to maximise internal fuel efficency. Trees and plants do the same via losing their leaves.

{Ed032\'s Note - Great to hear you lost some weight and it eased your back and leg pain, bankingonacrisis. I wouldn\'t say it was down to \'keto\', though. IMO I would say the weight loss took internal pressure of your spine and nerves which let things work and move properly an you also are lighter which is even less pressure.

I don\'t like the word \'diet\'. They can work but they are usually fads and temporary results. I am not sure I would trust keto, though I know a lot do. I wouldn\'t recommend it myself, though.

Too lose weight you need a calorie deficit. Consume less calories than you burn. You want this to be around 200 calories less per day. Aiming to lose 1kg, maybe up to 2kg, a week. The first week weight will come of easily but this is usually from water loss.

Exercise gets you fit. It doesn\'t make you lose weight. It will appear that way because you are in a calorie deficit. A lot of people , when the start to exercise, feel more hungry than usual and eat more so there is no calorie deficit and they don\'t lose weight. There is also the factor that you would gain more muscle which has more mass than fat. You may appear \'thinner\' but you weigh the same.

Yes, the turmeric/pepper combo is a good shout, mate. Turmeric is a great anti-inflammatory and like you say, pepper helps absorption. Not sure about the cheese though, but that\'s not saying you are wrong. However, dairy is inflammatory.
