to the guy asking why they didn't capture bin laden how do we know he's dead? They never released the photo's. They supposedly buried him at sea. Easy to fake. For all we know he's at a secure compound singing like a canary. Imagine the media and public if they'd announced they'd captured him. Haven't a couple of top terrorists been killed in recent weeks? Some in pakistan and the guy in yemen? They'll suck his brains out and quietly off him. Or maybe as the ed said he was cia and it was a rescue mission and he's being debriefed
Equally as probable, he has been dead for a number of years.

Also, Barack Obama's popularity was the lowest possibly of any President in recent history just before the alleged shooting of Osama bin laden. The shooting was possibly an attempt to boost Obama's popularity. If that shooting in 2011 was real they would have shown bin laden's body I think.}

As i said maybe he was cia, and they had to retrieve him to debrief him. {Ed033's Note - I don't know but my guess is that osama bin laden died a number of years ago and that is why we never saw his body after they allegedly shot him in 2011. Bin laden can't be used as the bogey man again so what use is he to the CIA now assuming you are correct?}

Ok Ed 4 theories then.
1. What happened was true and he was tracked to Pakistan and killed.
2. He was tracked to pakistan, captured, with a fake kill notice, and since been interrogated and disposed of.
3. He was a cia operative who needed to be retrieved and debriefed so they could get his intell.
4. He actually died years ago and this was covered up.
End of the day i doubt we'll ever know the truth and you can make a good case for all of 2,3, or 4, they are all possible or even some sort of combo. {Ed033's Note - OK, I plump for number 4.}

If number 4 were true why would no terrorist have come out and said he diead ages ago, Al Jasera (spelling?) would surely have had some story on this? {Ed033's Note - Al Jazeera is not an independent news agency. It is run by an American government agency. So you get to hear what the American government agency wants you to hear. Can you imagine an independent Arab news agency giving you the truth? It wouldn't be allowed would it.

Also when you see someone speaking Arabic on the TV such as the BBC and there is a translation into English. Some of the time that translation is no where near the correct translation. This way you don't hear what the people speaking Arabic are really saying.
