Agreed Ed tourists can visit it, don't get to see much, not that much is on the surface anyway but you can take a pic of the signposts, my uncles been a couple of times.

Tourists can visit??? Those signs are at least 26 miles from the base, go look at google maps an then tell me there's not much to see

The real question is , they , the us miltary have the best minds and near unlimited money working on high-tech stuff , that one guy who i think runs a big airplane musuem in the states said - they have got things 30 or 40 years ahead of what we know , and as the ed said they have bases everywhere , so area 51 could be a bit of a sideshow..............lfc

Hmmm yeah, a sideshow, with the worlds longest runway?? Or armed guards and pavehawk helicopters? But a sideshow none the less.

Sopac4lyfe , offcourse theres still testing and work going on there , but when you listen to enough stuff about the black buget/ usa milltary , underground bases , and enough people are saying a lot of the projects were moved to other sites , together with the fact area 51 is maybe one of the most photograpthed places in the world by satellites etc of other countries , you dont have to have a high iq to work it out...........lfc

I don't suppose you have to have a high iq to work out that the reports of other " secret installations " could all be smoke and mirrors to take interest away from area 51?

Theres too much to confirm that other bases not only exsit but new ones get built every year, yes there is disinfromation and a lot of it , but i say theres just too much from ex milltary building contractors , whistle blowers, people that looks at what gets brought - building materials , special pipes , metal etc , and the biggest thing , money , i think i am right when i say the black buget gets more money than health-care etc , if you look into it long enough , you will see that area 51 is but a small part of a biger picture............lfc

Sopac4lyfe , have a look at -americas secert empire of drone bases by - tomdispatch.com ,one of many you could look at , as i said you are right they still do work at area 51 , but i am too about all the other bases , even in different countries , this would include medical experiments etc , allowed by freindly goverments for what is illgeal to do in the usa , so we are both right mate ............lfc
