The 2 recommended products to mix 1:1 to make Chorine Dioxide Gas [to then get that gas into distilled water to make CDS] is 20+% Sodium Chlorite and 4% HCL. These 2 products can be searched for on Ebay under the term mineral solution.

Blue Water on bit chute seems to know a lot about alternative medicines if you look at the comments and replies you may pick something up from there.
