{Ed032's Note - Yes. Teaching compliance to totalitarian rules, lockdowns, mandatory jabs, the creation and implementation of fake-fear etc was part of what they needed to do to get the sheeple eating out of their hand but most likely the main point was to get 'Emergency Use Authorisation' to allow them to inject everyone with the toxic poison and nanotech that they would have had no chance being allowed to do, without.
It could be a case of flicking a switch and people start dying 'suddenly' so they can create a fake pandemic whenever and wherever they want. Maybe they need to wait a few years to get the full rollout of the 5G network in order for things to work how they want. Or, to test the nanotech on the 'Guinea-Sheep', so they are able to refine it.
